What you fundamentalists continuously fail to understand is that there are, and will always be, people who have differing opinions than your own. The world would be a much better place if ALL of us, regardless of religion, accept that we COULD be wrong in our views/beliefs. Tolerance and respect of others beliefs is a trait that all of us should strive for. Religion, or lack thereof, is a deeply personal subject to most. Going around ambushing people in public like this is accomplishes nothing.
