  • Vegeta, if you don't want to lose the fingers by them flying away, I recommend getting a Zip-lock back, put the razor and part in there and manipulate it form outside the closed bag.

  • I have a question, Would this work on say, the Master grade Wing Zero ver ew ?

  • @bvolcano723 Those are fixed pose....so you would just end up with a ruined set of fingers.

  • @jayko657 whew, thanks, glad i didnt try that :/

  • i did this but at the ball joint broke off as well i glued it on do u have any tips?

  • More importantly how do you paint astray red frame kai fingers!? Can you make a video?

  • @megamanbnw1, with a small paintbrush and really steady hands....

  • Sadly, the RG does not have 5 ball joints for the fingers, only 3...:(

  • yes!!! i knew that would be possible! :)

  • I'm kinda pissed this doesn't work on the older MGs.

  • same here..i just thought one day hmmmmmm since each finger has a ball joint mabyeeee....hmmm then i tried it and now its amazingly AMAZING111

  • a good idea is to put just a little bit of super glue on the joints of each finger, I just HATE when they are totaly loose, waist joints is a super glue must!

I hate it when it tip back to easy :)

  • me too

  • wow! thanks

  • sweet , im doing this on my next MG , thanks vegeta

  • thanks for this video. i just seperated my strike freedom mg's finger!

  • Bravo on this tutorial. I am currently working on 1/100 MG Impulse and I was about to use one of my Hobby knifes but you useing the razor blade was well done. A+ my friend!

  • Good tutorial. If you have any other modeling tips, you should post videos for them.

  • yes thanx, i just got mine in the mail

  • Merci Becoup!

I have always wondered if it was super fine saw, or just keep passing a exacto toll you wear it out.

I never think of the simple solutions.

  • Thanks for the tutorial! Can you do more tutorial videos in the future? Like how to apply different types of decals, painting and lining techniques, etc. etc.

  • well thanks for showing us that but can you do that to other master grade such as the F91 harrison custom because if i cut them will they be poseble or do you recommend keepthemm the way they are

  • well Crossbone Gundam's hands are very similar to F91's, and the cutting worked fine on my Crossbone. Really it just comes down to personal preference, whether you want all 4 fingers to be poseable or not...

  • vegeta, could you plz make a video on how to apply wet and dry transfer decals? thanks.

  • you know what thanks for telling me that because last night i done it and it worked so thanks a lot dude now i can have poseble fingers so thanks man

  • wow thats kool, but i got one question..doesnt that make the hand looser when holding its weapon or not?

  • not necessarily... most newer MGs have a peg in the palm of the hand that goes into the weapons to provide a more stable grip

  • You should add that you need to shave down the access plastic left on the hand, the hands get stuck and bumb into eachother if you don't do that.

  • nice tutorial. I did this a while ago on my zaku 2.0 and the finger on one hand became kinda loose. I still like it though.
