IAD means Instant Air Dash, 5b means neutral b. its numberpad notation. so i asked if you could instant air dash after a blocked neutral b just like how did at 0:34 seconds into the video with carl. and on his comment, jc means Jump Cancel, jumping after the move hits to cancel the animation.
