you can do this on level 1 as well you go to the broken bridge near the school and you go down to the gold and turn right and jump in the river with the cheat. If you get far enough you will dance. (NOTE: you may have to take a run up.)

on the sixth level above the river bridge behind the krusty studio if you horn jump in to the water thats running down stream you will go in and you can drive on top of the ocean and i spent almost an hour trying to get to the sun haha.its imposible btw.

Hmm, its kind of hard to explain but basically you need to have the jumping car cheat enabled and a fast car.
