"on a particular setting" refers to that I saved the EMULATION and then played it a few times (like 4 or 5) to find where the stairs (and enemies) would definitely be. In the summit place, I used the save & reload feature (on the emulation as well) and a luminous orb - to see where the stairs are.

i got through this lvl with a lvl 29 pikachu and owned rayquaza. took me forever because he used ancientpower and dragon dance so much i can only take away 1 damage and 2 if critical i had 7 reviver seeds 5 oran berries and like 4 max elixers with a poochyena lvl 25 who did nothing but ran away

first when you finish the game go to pokemon square talk to grandbull which is snubull a then go to wishcash talk to him then go back to youre house and talk to youre partner he will then say something then go to his friend area leave him there then go back to wishcash and go into that cave and evolve youre pokemon ^^ srry for my bad spelling and i don't remember so much but hope that helped ya

I think I'll try doing one of the 99-floor dungeons (buried relic is easiest) and speed the movie up to see how far I get.

you can evolve after you complete the main storyline you have to pass where everyones talking about shnuble evoulving and then you have to try and go on a mission and your partner will talk to you about splitting the team and you have to say yes. Than you have to go to go to pokemon square and go to team settings and go to your partnes one and press standby then go to where wishchash normally is and then go into the crack and answer the qustions your are asked and you will evolve.

it's a downloaded cartridge rom file done on VBA - it's easy to just save and reload, the luminous orbs are just to see where the stairs are and then I load straight away so I didn't lose the orb.
