I can't get my neck to bend at all on my brown guitar so the get the low action I've got to put up with some stupid buzz and really bad in 2 spots (frets 2 and 5). Oh well. @TruthSurge Damn I was drunk by this one. Watching it again now, sort of funny, but wish I were a hair more sober so I didn't stumble on my words and could actually talk. That Halo didn't even come teched at all. The action was high as fuck so I had to adjust the the truss rod (I hate adjusting the truss rod on my own, I feel like I'm going to break it). Then had to adjust the intonation, which wasn't that bad since it's not Floyd Rose (adjusting Floyd Rose is hell).
@drunkasssteve hahaha preachin to the choir, man. My axe is always hard to set up due to floating vibrato and worse, my truss rod is all the way loose and the neck is straight. :( so I can't even get a bow in the neck and I had to file the middle frets waaaay down to get them all level (well, two spots are not on 2 and 5) and that sucked. So I have a wide plateau in the middle frets and more rounded near the neck pickup. sucks. I want round but now it's too hard to recrown.
@drunkasssteve I might try heating the neck and bending but I think I'd have to take the fretboard off and use like 300 degrees and I don't have tools like that. so... I'll just leave it as is.
