You know, everyone left Woodstock when Jimi Hendrix performed. You can see people get up and leave during the performance. What a shame right? Hendrix made Woodstock! Just pointing out the similarities here: lifetime performances and ignorant concert goers who missed out. They'll regret it later.

I'm black, and i guess one could say I "dress the part" (fitted hat, street wear etc..) I LOVE hip hop, but like to think of my musical sensibilities as being a bit above the average "hip hop head." I made it a point to see Fever Ray (Coachella) at all costs, as I've been a fan of Karin for years via her work with The Knife. mid-set, the person next to me (who happened to be white) turned to me and said "you know Jay-Z is on the main stage right now, right?" I just smiled and replied

I was at jay-z... and even though J isn't really my cup of tea... it blew this new-age bullsh*t out of the water. I don't get it and attribute that mostly to the fact that I don't do drugs.

BEST SHOW EVER! This is probably the closest video representing the quality of the show. Did anyone else see the smoke bird flying in the laser? You might have had to of been dancing like crazy in the back like I was. Too good.

hahaha that was me holding up that big round shadow that pops up at 2:14. Her performance was so amazing that I thought she was a god and held up a beach ball to her as an offering. Best show I've ever seen

this was easily the best atmosphere of any set of this festival for me. third favorite set all weekend, behind only muse for overall rock status, and sunny day real estate for nostalgia.
