probially one of the most accurate timelines i have ever seen but one thing wrong the 1990 7-up mustang they were orgionally going to be 4301 made but 7-up went bankrupt so only 2,000 were compleated just an interesting fact u could add if u want i myself have one of the orgional 7-up mustangs and i have a 2007 gt props to vid u get get 5 stars

No, it got it´s name from the Shelby Cobra/AC Cobra. Just look at it. It does not look like a mustang at all.

but a ford mustang isnt a shelby shelby started with modifying the AC 427

That´s what I meant. The Shelby Cobra concept car is not supposed to be a Mustang, but kind of a new version of the AC/Shelby Cobra.

Just look at it and compare, does that look more like a Mustang or an AC Cobra?

Great video. I have liked both Camaro and the Mustang, and one thing is for sure, the reinvention of the American muscle car is long over due! The fact that Mopar is getting involved is just too cool. Can't wait to see all the videos of the new muscle on the strip.

I don't know which Mustang was best, but the 1968 Fastback, the one Steve McQueen drove in the movie Bullitt, is the iconic Mustang.

Camaro will never kill the Mustang. It doesn't have the history, popularity, influence, etc. I've always thought of the Camaro as a poor man's Corvette.

The Mustang belongs in the category of classic cars, like the Model T, Corvette Cadillac, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Porsche, VW Beetle....there's just a handful of them. Camaro doesn't make the list, imo.
