@ Tinescath, very true! If we lived in a perfect world then we wouldn't need authority. I really don't look at it as authority but guidance. Great Video and I plan on sharing with everyone I know.
@jonathankdhowell, thanks for sharing! The A Game doesn't really look at it as authority either. Our word is Acceptance. Guidance is a great word too, but it doesn't start with an 'A.' Having each of our words start with an 'A' makes things memorable and gives us a shared vocabulary that helps employers and employees avoid semantic confusion. Check out theAgame.com!
ZEOSPantera: First off, I suggest you check out TheAGame.com. Second, you don't have to accept their authority. You also don't have to have a job. 1984 seems like a slight exaggeration when you consider that we all accept a certain amount of authority every time we walk down the street or cross an intersection. The workplace should be no different.
1984 much?? I would immediately quit any workplace that showed this to me. Treat everyone as an adult that doesn't need urban street rap motivation. What is this world coming to?
This is fantastic! What a wonderful idea for businesses who market to the younger generation. This format grabs attention and teaches a necessary message!
Mardy Mar takes the "A Game" message to a whole new level. Leave it to Eric Chester to find yet another amazing avenue to deliver his vision and a message that the emerging work force must hear. Nice job!
Lol, wow. Marty you know this is good right, like really good. #RealTalk . Dont be surprised if you end up with an interview wit somebody, and I hope you get a copyright . So no one can't steal this and try get paid for your work.
Zeospantera must be unemployed! LOL
