@sgh069 Well, it's kinda hidden in a way. First you have to change the engine to 'Blender Game'. It's in a dropdown on the very top directly to the left of the vertex and face count, and it's set to 'Blender Render' by default. Then you need to go into the physics settings in the right hand side bar. With your object selected, you should see a dropdown labeled 'Physics Type' and you can select dynamic there. I have the text tutorial for 2.5x on my site, if you are interested in seeing it.
