this phone absolutly sucks. you have to use your naiil to touch the screeen, calibration tests are the worst, it lags when texting, stops typing while texting, not so good sounds, hard to update music, 3g is horrible.... cant wait till i get my new phone next week and im throwing this one at the wall

I got this phone in 2008 and was okay with it but I only had one problem: touch screen SUUUUUUUUCKS! The touch screen was so unresponsive that I couldn't do anything I wanted to do. If I wanted to scroll down, it would click on something, if I wanted to click on something, it would scroll down. The phone's mental handicap made me seriously regret buying it.

this phone SUCKS ! it freezes up a lot , its hard to text on unless you have T9 on , when you rotate the screen it has a lag , and the web browsing SUCKS , I am getting a new phone ASAP , bad look T-Mobile .

I currently have this phone. I have had it for 2 and a half years. and I LOVE it ... :) the texting is great and the camara takes AMAZING pictures!! also the video quality is good. I enjoy the phone and i am very happy that i chose it. :)

i got this phone in late 2008, i had it up until 2 weeks ago... when the screen just stopped working? it still doesnt work, cant do a 'master reset' because i cant use the screen- phone was okay, battery lasted a really long time for me... but trying to put videos from the phone to the computer was impossible, i tried everything- wouldnt work. im going to the Nokia Nuron- hopefully it does me well!

Ok I have had this phone for 2 years. Over all its a good phone but it does lag when you are texting. Especially if you are a fast texter. Also you can't turn T9 off with out it coming back on when you exit the messaging area. Never once had a problem with the phone though! I just ordered the Behold 2 because I did like this phone!

ummm not that i can consider to be BIG flaws but yeah the keyboard freezes only because of how fast you type but other than that really no problem with it no random restarts and ive dropped it 5 times 2 times on concrete and it works fine. =)

I would like to know if anyone else has this problem with this phone: When listening to music with the supplied USB headset, if you select certain sound effects: "wide", "dynamic", and "surround" , does your phone crash and reset itself.
