  • Tried it out today. Talk about major burning around the whole core area. Love it!!!!

  • @MrDavyboy80 Glad you liked it! Keep training hard & smart!! Ryan

  • You make it look easy -____-

  • @shiftyboi01 looks can be deceiving lol! Thanks for checking out my vid. Ryan

  • Favorited and subbed!

  • I absolutely love this workout. I used to do just regular crunches and other. but this workout really works. thanks for sharing

  • @MeLiKeToWoRkOuT Awesome! Thank you for giving it a shot!! Ryan

  • Hello. Only these planks are enough? For abs

  • @slbsinghal Don't waste a lot of time doing direct ab exercises. With total body metabolic resistance training workouts and a clean diet, it's not necessary to spend a bunch of time doing ab work. Do this 5 min plank series a couple of times per week along with the resistance training & healthy lifestyle and you'll be on your way! Thanks for watching!

  • hey man,in all due respect im not trying to doubt your workout but will really lose my belly?im not fat but i do have a small belly, if i do your workout every other day, how long will it be until i see results?

  • @mrRey1616 Combine this core workout with a few metabolic resistance training workouts and a healthy diet and I guarantee you you will see some results. It's impossible for me or anyone for that matter, to give you the exact timeframe to when you will start seeing results. Everyone's body reacts different but give it a shot for 4-6 weeks and see what happens. Thanks for checking out my workout!

  • @rydmiller ok thanks man, i will definitely try it out, ill let u know how i did in 5 weeks or so..thanks again

  • @mrRey1616 anytime!

  • Hey do you have a vid for chest too that would be tight

  • @Yepthatsafinger sorry I do not. I really don't isolate individual body parts, that's not my style of training. Thank you very much for checking out my vid though!

  • Do you think a full sit-up while having your legs straight up in the air is a good ab workout? (also adding a twist for sides)

  • @Cajuncooked666 thank you very much for checking out my vid. I am not a big fan of sit-ups or crunches. Most people end up hurting/straining their neck or back while doing them. Stick with the variations of planks and asymetrical loading while doing your resistance training workouts.

  • what if i did this workout for 10min???

  • @Golddog15 2 minutes at postion...that's awesome! Go for it!

  • good 1 mate

  • @ShitStain195 Glad you like it....thanks for commenting!

  • Wow, used to do sit ups, and thought my abs were pretty killer. Then i tried your exercise and damn! Awesome video man thx alot!!!

  • @Jegoutclubberdig My pleasure! And thank you for checking out my workouts...I appreciate it!

  • @rydmiller nice!

i always tried c runc hes and they enver worked

  • @bmbjl glad you liked it!

  • @rydmiller yep and c an you tell me (10 yr old kid) how to get abs so very fast be cause i have abotu a half of an in ch of fat over my abs and i want to have my abs in by a few days c an you herlp?

  • @bmbjl Crunches are good if u want bigger abs, first you must get your bfp low(15-20%)

  • @xZibeGx Thanks for commenting. Don't waste your time with crunches. They really DO NOT do anything but stress your neck & back. Stick with planks, mtn climbers, total body movements with asymetrical loading and clean eating if you really want six pack abs

  • I love this workout; feels better than crunchs. You just earned my subscribe!

  • @ebarcelo05 10x MORE effective than crunches! Glad you liked the workout and thanks for the sub!

  • Fantastic workout, i've just done it, and gog my arms are killing!!! ;D

  • @crazyh1997 Glad you like the workout. Thanks for checking out my vids!!

  • would you do this workout everyday? or every other?

  • @luckypat 2-3x per week is plenty

  • I super like this workout. Thank you so much!

  • @quinnmcneill anytime! thanks for watchin!!

  • Hi Ryan, I would like to ask a couple of questions regarding your online coaching. Is there any contact email I could send the questions to? Thanks.

  • @bespokefitness28 You can contact me at - ryan@fitcoachonline"dot" com

  • the 10lb on each arm gets so tired that I sometimes have to take a 2sec break or change to 8 pounds, but she does alot of reps...but its constantly with weights through the workout..I thought I needed heavier weights as I am not seeing my arms totally sculpted yet or my legs but the 10lb gets hard..so I am not sure what I am suppose to do lol..my arms are a bit more toned but not as much as id like. its been 3 weeks so far with that video..theres 2 workouts on it.thanks again

  • thanks u.every other day I have been following jari loves get extremely ripped revved to the max which is all weights through the workout.. its tough. those 30 min using mostly 10 lb, sometimes 8 mixed.and then those other 3 days I do the ab workout and plus my cardio which I use bodyrock.tv, such as 3 rounds of 4 min of high knee jump rope 20 sec, rest 10 sec..and then using a dip station 20 leg raises.plus fast paced other moves that give cardio and work abs.should I change my routineweights

  • @Danniekitten You are welcome. That sounds pretty good. Just make sure the weights are challenging throughout the workout. When it comes to working out it's about QUALITY not quantity

  • all u need is 5 min? or plus included in other ab workouts? I do about 10-15 min on abs 3 times a week, everyother day along cardio on the same day..other days weights...

  • @Danniekitten All you need is 5 min 2-3x per week if you train the proper way. Squats, lunges, deadlifts, pull-ups, push-ups, swings, get-ups,etc using your own bodyweight, kettlebells, DB's, med balls, sand bags, etc work your abs 100x better than direct ab exercises like crunches or sit-ups. So you don't need to spend 45-60 min per week on your abs. 10-15 is plenty

  • hi, im only feeling it in my arms not my abs? can you help

  • @oneewithmusic make sure you are using proper form. In the push-up position make sure your shldrs are directly above your hands & your butt is not sticking up in the air. Your back should be completely straight. In the fwd plank postition, your shldrs should be directly above your elbows & your body out & over your forearms. In the the side plank positions, your shldr should be directly above your elbow & your body as far away from the ground as you can. Draw your belly button in twds your spine

  • by 5-10 count you mean 5-10 seconds, coorect?

  • @oneewithmusic Yes that is correct. Thanks for checking out my vid!

  • so is this only once a day? or muliple times during a day?

  • @kingofpop4eva 3-5x per week is fine. Thanks for watching!

  • Which Punk disliked!!!!!!!

  • shall i do this everyday??

  • @medet10 2-3x per week is plenty. Thanks for watchin!!

  • @rydmiller

thank you very much for replying very quickly..

would it be oright if i do this on monday and do bicep workouts on tuesday and back to abs on wednesday and keep this going?

  • Thanks for this, I've been looking for a good ab workout that won't hurt my back as I have a herniated disc. I don't think years of situps have helped in that regard. Will try it for a couple of months and get back to you!

  • @79siggy You're very welcome! Sit-ups & crunches put a lot of undue stress(the bad kind) on the neck & back. Just make sure to really concentrate on drawing your belly button towards your spine and your postures throughout the movements. And definitely let me know how things go. Thanks again for checking out my vid!

  • Hello I was just wondering if I do this everyday how long will it take for me to get a 6 pack?

  • @conman412 I wish I could tell you. There is no way to predict that. Getting a 6 pack not only depends on a fat burning workout but also what you are eating. You can't out train a bad diet. Stick with lean meats/fish, veggies, fruits, unsalted nuts, seeds(foods with only 1 ingredient) plus the workout and you'll be well on your way to a 6 pack!

  • Fantastic! I've looked at so many ab exercises on here and this one is by far the best one for me. The kitchen timer is a great tip too.

  • @Mssexymofro glad this is working out for you! The kitchen timer is cheap and useful. Thanks again for watching! Ryan

  • Would this help me flatten my stomach? Gonna stop eating junk and only eat healthy things, also cut sodas and fruit juice out. Would that help. I'm about. 5'3, 13 years old and about 3-5 pounds overweight. Any tips? Does the Tony Little Ab Lounge Xtreme work? Please help me!

  • @PowerpuffButtercup1 these exercises are great for tightening the stomach and very safe for a 13 yr old. Make sure you let your parents know you want to start an exercise program and don't waste your money on any TV infomercial gadget. They are just a scam

  • well done

  • @bebesoy777 thank you!

  • You are amazing sir, also any advice for lose skin?

  • @Inglorious6Maximus Thank you very much! and thank you for checking out my videos. unfortunately there is not too much you can do about loose skin(that I know of) other than surgery. keep training hard and good things will come!!!

  • @rydmiller Well hopefully with time it goes away! Thanks though i did the workout yesterday and i woke up sore lol which is a good thing!

  • @Inglorious6Maximus a little soreness does a body good!!!

  • @rydmiller Just off the top what is an ideal diet to getting a 6 pack?

    im about 170 and 5'10

Ive been loosing alot of weight i used to weight around 200 lbs im trying to go for lean not buff so i do lots of reps with medium weight, any ideas for diet?

  • @Inglorious6Maximus Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything with added sugar, salt, artificial sweetners or preservatives.

Live by this quote: "If you can't hunt it, fish it, pick it from a tree, bush or the ground, DON'T eat it."

    Hope this helps

  • @rydmiller So i cant eat fruits?! lol

  • @Inglorious6Maximus you can definitely eat fruits! just stay away from foods that have ADDED sugar, not naturally occuring sugar. stay away from breads, cereals, pasta, bagels or anything else all boxed up and full of preservatives

  • @rydmiller Ohhhhhh! Thanks! Good luck here on youtube!:]

  • @Inglorious6Maximus thank you!

  • Excellent workout. I tried it out and it's not hard to see how you can lose belly fat with this workout. Really feel the burn in the abs.

  • thanks! it is a great way to tighten your midsection!

  • looks like this would be good for a tennis player

  • great for a tennis player! all your movements initiate from the core. so, the stronger your core the better your backhand, forehand, serve will be!

  • Hey Ryd. I'll be having my 6th and LAST child ANY DAY now!! My first 3 were C-Sections. My q to you is how, if possible can I lose the lower belly fat??? I've tried unsuccessfully!! I can't wait to start on your videos, especially w/ the ball!! HELP!! EVE.

  • thanks for checking out my vid. it's tough to spot lose but try these workouts. In my experience these are the best ways to burn fat & get lean. watch what you put in your body as well. try to live by this quote - "If you can't hunt it, fish it, pick it from a tree, bush or the ground, DON'T eat it."
