I'm a Ness main and I've never seen this before.

Ah, the ol` ledgebending technique. Worry not, BlueTrance, I happen to be a Ness MAINER.

In order to ledgebend, you have to be holding DOWN when you hit the ledge during Ness' PK Thunderblast. If you hit the ledge directly (or directly under it) Ness will rebound off, so be careful. Make sure you hit the ledge at an angle, and, thusly, Ness will Ledgebend! Woo! Try it and see!
