How is that possible? They generate $500 million per year. The hippies don't generate anything. It's still a right to believe in anything you want to believe - you'd have to change the constitution to destroy COS so, I don't have much faith that'll happen. I don't think that. I used their method and it worked for me personally. I was driving one night and suffered a massive anxiety attack...doctors pumped me with massive quantities of drugs over 2 years...my buddy hooked me up with scientology. In one week I was myself again. No drugs nothing! It's been 15 years now. Maybe it doesn't work for everybody...btw, I didn't pay a cent for the service. They just helped me.

They told me during my counselling how the drugs were numbing me and making things worse...and actually they were. I was becoming addicted to one particular drug and when I tried to come off it I was feeling electrical-like jolts in my head...i was weened off it. But if they are brainwashing people, I wouldn't know it...I used their services I'm happy - and Iwent on my merry way.

Dude, I could easily accuse you have being a psychiatrist (aka drug pusher). 2 weeks ago, a GOVERNMENT study concluded that anti-depression drugs do not work for MOST PEOPLE. You think the shrinks will discontinue? Of course NOT. If that was my gig I'd tell my patients it's BS and continue prescribing it. So, these drugs are now useless....where do we go from here? Wallst. J: 1/17/09: Total of 74 studies involving a dozen antidepressants & 12,564 patients were registered w/ the FDA from 87' -04'. The FDA considered 38 of the studies to be positive. All but 1 study was published, per researchers. Other 36 were found to have negative/questionable results per FDA. Most of those 22/36 weren't published, per researchers. Of 14 those published, the researchers said at least 11 of those studies mischaracterized the results & presented a negative study as postiv.
