  • I clicked like. However what I like is your zeal, not your ugali. You usually don't add salt to Ugali(very few do), What you can add is a few teaspoonfuls of butter, or a little milk. Then you don't shape it with your hands before serving, you actually use the mwiko(wooden stick) to do that. The texture should be harder such that you just turn the pan and the ugali pops to the plate. It takes practice to know perfect the skill though.But kudos I like your zeal!
