First off, this song is not by Weird Al, it was mis attributed to him because fo stupid using p2p sites. Second this song is not about George Bush, its about Cliton, don't get me wrong i hate Bush, but this osng has notihng ot do with him.

it is on a list on a website called "The Not Al Page" that lists all the songs that are misattributed to him and has the real artists
