DON'T buy a Avalon please buy a Chrysler 300, a Ford Taurus, a Chevrolet Impala or Buick LaCrosse!
These brands need you! Real Americans have to drive real american cars! And they are better than any Toyota ' cause they're built by US-Manufacturers.
@ArslanYork my opinion the style in blanned like old toyota yes they are reliable but nowadays hyundai is right there with them azera styling is a million times better
@pattycarljackson The Azera is a very good car, build quality and the design are both excellent. Just in terms of driving it seeemed a bit jerky but nonetheless, a very good full size car.
I LIKE OLD TOYOTA CARS. I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE SHOOT EACH OTHER OVER CHOOSING A CAR. BUT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER. FORD= FAILED OR REPAIRED DAILY. JAPANESE CARS ARE STATISTICALLY TO LAST LONGER AND HAVE LESS MAINTENANCE COSTS.
goof dont know anything one of my friend has on you need to be in one and drive one to appreciate one then just siting on your fat ass and discouraging other ahaha look at this guy i rather get ford trasssh booii.
the big humos in the cabin over the stearing wheel and the forn console need to go it makes it look ugly as hell and this car looks like a scrunched up 2011 toyota sienna and its not that good looking
nice. that isnt a top of the line avalon. trunk space smaller due to more cab room. i know this much, i dont plan on ever riding in the trunk lol so i dont care how small the trunk is. lol
Maxima is too hard on gas, Lexus GS 300 cost a lot to own (maintenance & such), other perfect cars are all hard on gas or have a high cost for mantenance. Guess I will have to go back to the Avalon :/
@MogulMichael Thats my problem...I wont settle for bad mpg(this gets 29), but I also like performance(avalon dosent really let down)..Oh and did I forget to mention im 6'4...if this car had better styling, it would be perfect lol.
I really like the Taurus since it's loaded with options and feature for a good price, but I have to admit that this one looks way more classy and stylish in the interior.
@ToyotaforCorolla yay for corolla my wife and i had one. we traded for an XLE Camry, 07 model, had been in a wreck and damaged, fixed, we find out later, traded for the same corolla lol, kept it a while, then got a 2009 xB. love it. its a box, thats it, and it is so fun to drive, really, no joke, we love that car. looks mean in the front, low to the ground, pretty peppy for an empty weight of 3100lbs, and it has a sport shifter. anyway, the Taurus has came out of nowhere and looks incredible.
People here bitch too much; don't like it? Don't buy it. That's why there is more than one car company out there that make more than one style of cars. All of you sound like a bunch of whiney pussies. The United States has turned into a country full of fags and half-fags.
ths car is so boring like every other toyota I actually fell asleep looking at it. Same thing happen when I drove by a toyota dealership the other day.
This is the car that may change Toyota's name. Even though I am a Ford guy, I gotta say that this car is pretty luxurious. I really like the reclining rear seats, but I'm not sure about the leg room in the back. I'm 6'2", and in all back seats I've been in, my knees have been up against the front seats. But looking at this, it may be a great car for a short road trip.
@OfficialDJEcco my dad got one back in 08 were both 6'2" and cant fit comfortably in the back seat, my dad and i took it from texas to wyoming down to new mexico and back and never felt cramped. the thing that these guys are leaving out is its swiftness the thing is effin fast, we would be pushing 85 to 100 a whole trip and still come out with 27 mpgs. if your woried about leg room the only other car i have been in with better leg room is a audi A8l
@minibus1351 its funny you ask that, I just recently heard that from 2000-2007 there were only 5000 Avalon's sold in Canada, not sure how many in the USA. So I'd say is has a really limited market appeal.
@JeremyFuhenstasser yes it is, but i wanna hear why you say so. Buick is known to be AMERICA'S oldest auto maunfacturer. If your talking about the cars itself thats a different story.
GM is not entirely American owned. Chinese government has 1% of it. Saudi prince has 1% of it. The remaining 98% are divided up between small shareholders of Europe, China, North America, Middle East.
He got around describing the car more than really well in such a short time. Sometimes you're watching review vids, and end up with absolutely no idea of how the car was. This is the opposite. I think i know exactly what i'd be getting, if i bought an Avalon.
@suckah97 That's what I thought, but then after looking and researching, the Maxima isn't really a great deal since that car drinks LOTS of gas and need premium gasoline, higher maintenance & repair cost, higher cost in insurance and more. That's just not worth it in my opinion. I'm really disapointed but that's the way it is. Avalon is a great car for size, fuel economy, comfort and more but it just doesn't turn on me.
@suckah97 in no way is an avalon plain. the camry XLE is more top of the line in styling than the maxima, and the avalons base model is way above the XLE, that is why they make the avalon. the cheapest avalon is more expensive than the XLE, meaning it has way more buttons to play with. the avalon is sweet lol. but too rich for my blood. i bought an XLE one time, great car.
