@LiinaharjaOy There are dozens of older flash games with the same gameplay, Angry Birds is in no way original. Pretty much the only thing this game rips off is the art style and the name, and I doubt they can copyright that.

@AbdxLegend The current versions of BlackBerry OS can't, some use OpenGL. However the new BlackBerry Playbook could easily run this and any other Android or iPhone game or application available and more.

Hopefully in the future all BlackBerrys will run the same OS and won't suck as much.
