  • Thanks. Your warmup routine helped me with speed under no end. Now I need to get a little more fearless and aggressive. I still hesitate getting under the heavier stuff even though I pull it high enough.

  • NP. That will come with training and experience. The more the technique work you do the more ballsy you get in getting under the bar. Put in the hrs now and you'll thrash some big weights easily. You have really crisp positions for a beginner and solid positions!
