My best is that he will call Lindsey.Peyton could get a call from an old friend, and I am thinking that since Peyton has an accident, Brooke gets called for that. Still, if Lucas called Peyton, she should say no because she deserves better. I hope Jake comes back or some amazing guy for Peyton so Lucas can regret every word of hate he told Peyton.

my guess is he called brooke but you never know, the scenes of these promos are taken out of context, it would really suck if they ended the season without revealing who he called.
