yeah there is, just type in google "gokujou!! mecha mote iinchou episode" and the number of which one you want to watch with RAW on the end and there's a bunch of sites to watch it on.

If you want it english subbed just type the name of the anime and episode,including the english subbed part.
It'll come up but,It will be hard to find episode 3 and so on in subbed?.
