You'll have to get access to water you know doesn't have it in it.. you can make your own non fluoridated tooth paste or even buy it at a health food store... do not take anti-depressants... just by doing these things can make you feel a whole lot better. There is no way to tell if the veggies at the supermarket is sprayed with it or not..

@scorpio3115 oh i wouldnt doubt they are. with all the other crap (pesticides etc) they spray or coat them with, i wouldnt chance it. youd probly be better off going to an organic whole foods store. i've been feeding my kid who is eight months purified tap water from her second month of life and this scares the shit out of me, im gonna be reading labels from now on for sure. thank you for your videos
