I wonder - why was Archbishop Lefebvre "excommunicated" for opposing such garbage and outright heretical bishops such as Basil Hume and the like were allowed to run free?
John Paul II was no saint. The attempt by the Vatican to declare him a saint is bogus and outrageous. JPII allowed liturgical abuse to flourish. He kissed the Koran and called it a holy book. The list is endless. All he was was a media pope who loved to travel the world because he was bored in the Vatican.

The essential point about true `ecumenism` is recognising the other persons `right to believe` This is very different from `recognising their beliefs`. Assisi was about recognising other beliefs and giving them equal status. There is only one Church secularism wants to destroy and that is the Catholic Church. I am an orthodox catholic trying my best to keep true Catholicism alive in the Church. This totally undermines my efforts and of many others. The Vatican should be ashamed.
May God have mercy! Buddha on the Altar! Right over the relics of saints who have DIED converting poor lost souls. The Devil is laughing in delight. Mater Salvatoris, ora pro nobis.
An important differentiation between healthy and unhealthy "ecumenism" (if we can call it that) is that discussions and meetings are completely in accord with the Ecumenical councils of the first 1000 years of Christianity, however praying in an official capacity with anyone who is considered a heretic by the 7 Ecumenical Councils which both Orthodoxy and Roman Catholics accept, is forbidden.
2CO 6:14 Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people."

I think America has lost its soul. We give our children to public intsitutions to be educated by strangers. We have forgotten what marriage is. Tolerence has turned into the depising of ones conscience in order to receive acceptence. We put more hope in political parties than we do in God. America is not christian. America is lost.
ONLY ONE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD.
OTHERS CHURCHES THAT ARE NOT CATHOLIC DOESNT BELONG TO GOD.
REMEMBER WHO IS YHWH! THE GOD OF HOLY BIBLE IS NOT THE GOD OF RELIGIONS
REMEMBER THE LAW YHWH GAVE US
REMEBER WHAT PROHET MOSES HAS DONE.

2CO 6:17 "Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you."
truth + false= false
It dosn't mix. The "truth" is non-compromising! Never changing..
