  • Paul, how long should I monitor the rose (in container) in ground before I can tell if it'll do well in that spot? A couple days, weeks or? Thanks again.

  • @likeimsosure I would say 6-8 weeks should be plenty enough to give you an indication if the plant likes that spot. However, if the plant starts to go downhill sooner then that don't be afraid to take it our early.

  • "Hybrid Musk," "Polyantha," "The less petals a rose has, tthe better chance of it making it in lower light conditions." AWESOME! Your videos should come up first when searching rose care. So many of the other videos are such a waste of time. I've learned SO much in ALL your videos. Thanks again!

  • Absolutely. Just break up the root ball a bit when you transfer them to the ground.

  • Excellant ! Thank you. Question ~ Want to plant 5 small Knock outs in a very large planter and then come fall transfer to the soil - ground. Can I enjoy them in the planter a few months before transfering them to the garden permanently ?

    Zone 5 here.

  • @RenegadeTimes yes, you can.

  • Yeah! Another rose lesson. Made my day.
