  • lift weights eat sleep drink lots of water keep active. thats what works lol

  • Today I learned that science = sociopathy according to Lui Marco.

    DURRRRR HURRRRRR HURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • @gasfacevictm actually hes talking about scientists who sell u nutrition theories.like .400g of carbs post workout in one sitting..

  • @navijatt Actually he's full of shit.

  • @gasfacevictm in wat way

  • @navijatt 100% of ways. Br0 science all day.

  • hes gana turn to roy nelson

  • ttt

  • None of these online fitness guru's are as knowledgeable and jacked as Jimmy Struthers

  • That's why I go to the gym inn the mornings. Less packed

  • HAHAHAAAAAA!!! i loved the Scooby reference.

  • I notice that most white people who champion blacks are the ones don't live around or know many of them.

  • @moarscooby The same can be said about racist people. People's experiences are different. I know, it's ok. That's life.

  • 400 carbs

    100 protein

    50 fats

why? Body's digestive track, mainly the small intestines isn't going to absorb all that.

  • Im sorry but 95% of things in science will not change or be found to be false. Only an un-educated person like yourself will say that science is b.s. Your just mad that ian is alot smarter than you.

  • in less words experience is the best teacher. i dont understand that guy, how can he bash scooby or the hodgetwins? scooby is around 50 years old, if i had a body that looked half as good as his at his age i would consider myself lucky. the hodgetwins despite their back problems they have great physiques. so where does ian get the balls to say they dont know what they are talking about? i also get the feeling that ian thinks hes the only person that searches information and you guys dont.

  • years ago there were studies saying eggs are bad because they have a lot of cholesterol, years passed and then a new study revealed that ok they have cholesterol and fats but they are good fats

  • @carlosa22 Thats not exactly true. The saturated fat in normal eggs are still dubious, depending on volume consumed and/or predisposed health probelms or heart issues caused through lifestyle. The eggs I think you may perhaps be confused with are Omega 3 eggs. These eggs are laid by hens fed on a diet of seed high in EFA's.

  • Lets just get down to brass tacks. Library card and tons of free time aside, what is Ian McCarthy's IQ?

  • @chrishurt95 I agree, not that I ever subscribed. But his videos had some entertainment value. This video has just exposed how insecure and wound up this character is. And if he's so confident, why not take up the opportunity to get an easy $1000 and prove to everyone who really knows more? No point making these videos but running away from a challenge which would vindicate his position. Actions speak louder than words and it if obviously bothers marco so much, then accept the challenge.

  • Thanks to that bigot Ian I found your channel and subscribed Lui

  • hahaha, another good video Lui. "Where's a pillow? Scooby do you have a pillow I'm about to scream in one." lol

  • well science can only be bullshit if it's done by amateurs.

  • Well done Lui. I really didnt want this Ian kid to get anymore attention than he deserves, but you hit the nail on the head with your comments. 7:40 "do not listen to science if it isnt backed up with facts". It's like someone that read every book about boxing, goes to a thai bo class everyday, but has never fought in a ring before. Then tries to coach pro fighters. Your advice isn't credible without real life experineces.

  • That is what science is. You pose a hypothesis, you do experiments and the results might (partly) show that your hypothesis was right or partly right. However in the conclusion you will write: "The results show that there is a possible correlation between this or that. Or there seems to be a significant effect on this or that". In the discussion you can write: "Eventhough we have found this, there needs to be more research done because or this and this and that".

  • @SicSeb More research will be done, using same techniques, different techniques or improved techniques and you might find the same results or you might find different results. Your conclusion will therefor change and you will write another discussion. After a while there will be (hopefully) many many peer reviewed articles on a certain subject and you can paint a picture. But scientists will ALWAYS say that there is NO absolute certainty.

THAT is science. It's no bullshit mate ^^

  • luii check out my video i just uploaded i give u a shutout see what i have to say about this Bro science BS

  • One thing though... colour does matter bro! black people have more fast stitch muscle fibres than white (fact) Respect and peace

  • Like this guy.. No bs.. just facts of training that work for him! Totally agree with him. I have lost weight, put weight on, lost it, bulked up etc so i feel im in a position to talk about this kind of thing BASED ON FACTS that work for me and others who i have trained.. well done mate

  • liftingforlife is a joke...i've watched few of his vids today because of the whole drama and i cannot believe the sheer stupidity he is shoving as "science"

  • @damlurker epic fail xD im your age, i do lift and you are the one using a cliche video game joke... don't be mad "bro"

  • Nice voicecrak at 6:47 :D

  • Luimarco refers to Ian McCarthy as a "sociopath," but I would argue that he has Ian all wrong! Ian is simply an afflicted person with a "personality disorder." IMO of course. I believe that Ian was picked-on mercilessly as a kid, and most likely will continue to suffer the same abuse into his adult life. He probably frustrates his instructors and alienates his classmates due to some emotional dependency to know it all as a coverup for his psychological issues and inherent physical limitations.

  • @VolusiaOwner you my friend are an intellectual ;)

  • @luimarco The sad part is, no matter what, this Ian kid is so engrained with his scientific BS, that he will always insist he's "right" and everyone else who bases their advice on their own blood, sweat, tears, trials, and tribulations, is incorrect. As a strength coach, I offered up my opinion to him on a topic that was right up my alley and he rejected my argument in a very cynical, snot-nose kid-like way! He's still making videos, each one more ridiculous then the next!

  • @VolusiaOwner ironic his major is going to be psychology

  • @cam44123 hehehe... I suspect Ian went into psychology to help himself like many other shrinks out there; of which many of them get into the field to solve their own psychological issues first. Invariably, many of them fail to resolve their own inherent issues, but make a living solving everyone else's problems! This isn't to say that there aren't good shrinks out there, but I think Ian is representative of the very common personality type that studies psychology!

  • @VolusiaOwner wtf are you talking about? ian just puts out solid information and lui marco and co. just spread plain bullshit. and then all these personal attacks...you people only bash him because he is right and you guys wasted your lifes with "clean" eating, 8 meals a day and 7 days per week in the gym. i think everyone that bashes him has a mental disfunction or sth like that.

  • @sebbbi91 I'm pretty sure ian is the one who loves to bash people.

  • @GyalisAndino no, he only corrects people and points out missinformation. there is not one thing he said so far that is untrue.

  • @sebbbi91 I hope you are joking. He said everything the twins, lui and scooby say are 100% incorrect. How can he, who has not applied most of his knowledge, say that they (especially the twins) are wrong if they tried this soo called 100% factual info he talks about and experienced contradicting results. How are they wrong. What is written in theory isn't always practical. He needs to learn that.

  • @GyalisAndino the twins change their opinion in every video and almost everything they say is false. and don't forget that an is only 18 and the twins and lui are well over 30 and scooby is 50 i think, so of course they have more muscle on their frame. but a persons physique isn't an indicator of knowledge anyway. i want you to point out the things you don't agree with that ian has said. and by the way wnbf pro jush hyaduck follows the same principles ian outlined in his videos.

  • @sebbbi91 No one is saying Ian is wrong. I'm not saying physique = knowledge either. However once you apply ur knowledge, you should see results. The twins, lui and scooby has applied their knowledge and it works. So where does Ian get the right to say they are wrong? Because it contradicts science? A lot of things do. Maybe Ian is too young realize this. The main things i dont agree with ian is that he says what he says is 100% true, which isnt correct. It is "results may vary."

  • @GyalisAndino the bro sience (6 meals a day, eat clean, post workout nutrition,..) isn't counterproductive in terms of results but it won't give you better results either. it will only make it more difficult for you. and i think lui's physique is very bad. skinny dude with fucked up biceps.

  • @sebbbi91 That is not bro science. You need to understand the people you are talking to. "Eat clean" can do people well. It differs from person to person. For a diabetic, eating clean would be watching sugar intake. For someone with cholesterol problems, eating clean would be foods low in that. Millions of people suffer with this so we cannot forget them. They affect your body and performance in the gym. So it's not bro science or wrong advice. It's taking everyone into consideration.

  • @sebbbi91 I eat 6 meals a day not because of any science. I do it because regardless of the size of meal I eat, 2 hours later I am hungry. So i spread out my intake so I still remain in my macros and satisfy my hunger. I have a serious case of the munchies. Even after eating at least 2000 cals from an all you can eat, 2 hrs later I feel the need to eat. So to me, that is good advice.

  • @GyalisAndino you get hungry 2 hours after a meal cause you eat so frequently. 1 week with 2-3 meals and you won't get hungry anymore. eating clean is still nonsense or what do you use to clean your food. all those terms: clean, dirty, healthy, unhealthy...those terms are just plain bullshit. look at your macros, your fiber, your micros and your efa intake (and maybe transfats...) and you should be good. if it fits your macros isn't about just eating choclate and whey shakes all day.

  • @sebbbi91 What are you talking about. I started getting hungry 2 hr a meal way before i started eating 6 meals. That is the reason why i started eating six meals in the first place. The worlds as we know it knows what people mean when they say clean, dirty, healthy, unhealthy. That is why i use those terms. It is commonly accepted. To a 600lb man, a lot of foods would be classified as unhealthy for him.

  • This is comedy! Thanks lui you´re awesome! :D

  • Ian says you cannot argue with science, yet scientist argue with themselves ALL the time!

400 carbs? Well, maybe in a couple of days.

  • Ian doesn't even qualify as a B.S scientist. He's just a know-it-all punk kid.

  • There is sense in what Lui is saying. Science changes facts and quite frequently. There was a time when atoms were believed to be the smallest entity, then protons, electrons etc were discovered and later quarks. So just because science cannot prove something does not mean that that is not true. If that were the case then we have to say that quarks or even protons never existed till scientists discovered them. In future scientists may discover something else to be the smallest entity.

  • IAM CUTTING AND I HAVE LYK 400 CARBS A WEEEEKK ... WTF :/ ... lol

  • the answer to your question is... YES .... it's a perfect postworkout meal/shake

    .... if you're an elefant ...

  • what is that Ian guy on about?! I'd say 2:1 ratio is good (carbs+pros), so like 100g's C & 50g's P. BUT what the hell is he on about - 50g's of fat?!?! In the summer time thats my entire daily fat intake LOL I dont have a problem with taking fat postworkout whatsoever, but it definitely would slow the absorbtion of your nutrients. Dont understand his science atall!!

  • ...they are not monstrously massed up freaks because they are natural bodybuilders for fuck's sake. THEY can and will be categorized as bodybuilders, unlike Ian. All these comments from that retard's followers are completely astray from the actual topic and problem. If some of you human scum actually want to follow his lead to self-destruction then go ahead, sleep for 3 hours every day and consume huge amounts of BS supplements and fats and voila, you won't even fit inside your coffin...

  • Ian is obviously mentally challenged. He thinks he knows everything, but as you can see from his figure and progress, nothing has changed except his fat gain. Just absurd. Personally, I think Lui should not even waste his time on such a deranged fucktard. What is most mind-boggling is the fact, that people are actually following that cunt's advice. I just can't believe how fucking stupid people are. Just look at Lui's and TMW's progress, it's simply amazing in my opinion and of course...

  • I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this video.

  • hey man stupid question but whats the name of the your top in this video?

  • I do agree that the kid is a racist.

Assuming, without any evidence, that the twins are on welfare and are "cheating" the system just because they're black is RACIST.

  • From a scientific perspective, facts take dominance over theories. That is why when the facts do not match the theory, it is always assumed that the theory must be changed because the fact cannot be wrong. I don't think you should come out against science. You should call out the kid based on the fact that HE'S the one mischaracterizing science and should study more before he claims to know-it-all.. he's in his first year of college and thinks he's the greatest scientist ever lol.

  • @Sinaria101

    Agreed & well said! :-)

  • I don't think not believing in God has to do with anything. I'm non-believer. I know who Richard Dawkins is. I still think that kid is crazy. I think you are crazy for making some sort connection between religion and him.

There are crazy atheists and there are crazy religious people. We are people. Don't divide anyone by their race/religious views. That's just wrong.

  • @2theAJ I think the point he was trying to make is the Richard Dawkins brigade truly are a bunch of condescending assholes. Across the internet they come across to be very pretentious with an apparent high moral ground.

  • Hmm...

I've watched this all play out, subscribed to Lui, watched these videos watched the Hodge twins, I then watched Ian McCarthy's channel and his videos. I watch guys like Big J and Scott Abel, as well as Will Brink, who, in my opinion, probably talk the most sense, especially Mr. Brink, who has been there, done that and been at the forefront of a lot of research. Far from "BS Science".

  • well said mister lui and by the way this richard the schmuck dawkins blames all the wars on god.

  • and then your accusation about racism. come on man grow up...

  • everything ian said is true so far.everything you said is just bs. annd i mean you aren't that big and strong yourself...

  • this is for sumo's or dinosaurs hahahaa

  • Thanks for linking to my L-Carnitine article!

  • i squat 600lbs, bench 400lbs, deadlift 500lbs, my trainer is 205lbs, hack squats 90lbs, and incline presses 60lb dumbbells. lol lol lol lol.

keep up the great videos dude!!

  • Lui, you're 100% right. The fact of the matter is that a person can never truly learn something until they physically do it. He can get whatever degree he wants, study what ever scientific research that he want, or follow the BS science that he wants. Until he physically applies this "science" he knows NOTHING about how to build muscle.

Keep supplying us with what really works Lui and pay no attention to the out of shape labcoats.

  • well said lui and fuck everyone else that doesnt support you man, there are shit tons of BS'ers out there

  • bouncing your pecs while speaking is distracting

  • I agree with the racism thing too..

  • Scooby give me a pillow...i wana scream HAHAHA love it man, thanks for the elbaoration video..some of the nwewer peopel to the youtube fitness community needed it! I hope not too many souls have fallen to the dark/ BS science side

  • What Lui is saying about science always changing is true. When you look into research one has to make sure that it comes from a cretible source, not some company pushing their own product in some bs study. However, science does have a firm place in both body building and personal fitness. Do not disregard everything as bs science, but look at it with a more careful eye.

  • @604josh

Amen to that! I had a similar comment earlier, but ofc some people took it out of context. Theories are changing, and that's a great thing, not something to fear from - it's a sign of progress! But in BB / supp. industry, profit is the main driving force, making a lot of research biased (I like to call everything except peer reviewed research: "bad science"), twisted, superficial, and / or taken out of context just to push a product. BS like that gives science a "bad name"...

  • @Simplimax alot of people took luimarco out of context aswell acting as if luimarco said that science does not matter at all and that luimarco does not even believe in science. obviously thats not what he said but people hear what they want to also like the guy above has said take all of it with a careful eye

  • @xXJeReMiAhXx99

    Yup, precisely!

  • Comment removed

  • Wow! Lui that was deep bro. I am for sure a fan now.

  • Let this kid go, he is a joke and not worth your time or thought.

  • tried ur wheaties with protien poured over it damn awesome as hell bro!

  • hey lui this has nothing to do with the topic but what are the main things that deflate your muscles if you know what i mean. sometimes ill come from the gym feeling huge then wake up the next morning feeling skinny and as if all my gains have gone. ????????

  • science is always changing one day coffee is bad for you the next its great for you, the list goes on and on i agree with ya man 100%

  • You cant even dislike his videos anymore hahaha

  • hahaha jimmy, tyrone and ian hogging all the benches

  • What video did he say he only sleeps 3 hours because I am not going through every video of his which are too long to watch.

  • science and pseudoscience are different. pseudoscience can be compared to superstitions. of course it will be BS most of the time.

  • science is applied to real life. if one is missing, then it is b.s. if you are knowledgeable when it come to science, you must apply it to life. if you do not use real life situations or things along with scientific reasoning, it will be troublesome. everything must have a balance. some science has hard evidence and some do not because those are only theories, which are not proven. that is when real life come into play. if you know it works for sure, then good. if you have to find out, then damn

  • Comment removed

  • I believe in what works as well as considering the life of the person giving me the information...let me see if they have the results that I want.ok. now let me follow the path that they took...plus as a big bonus, by following these teachers advice they can also let me know

  • what NOT to do based on their 1st hand experience which will get me to my results faster...thanks Lui! Ppl have to reconsider the way to learn in life rather than mindlessly following the System that they think is" bigger" than they are so it must be true

  • To your question at the end. Yes if it fits your macro, just go learn about intermittent fasting. I know for a fact people who eat that much pwo.

  • lmao, it's for sumos, or elephants, or freaking dinosaurs

  • You are the psudoscientist, they are real scientist...

  • @Zgodni12 YES.

  • Amphitheater/Amphitheatre in English :)

  • Those saying theirs people like Ian who look better then the hodge twins and Lui. YEAH THOSE GUYS ARE ON ROIDS. Trust your own body and keep it natural if your the average Joe, that's what Lui and the twins advocate, and that's why their correct here.

  • Hell NO!! Unless I wanna become a fat slob :l

  • well, ian has made really good gains seeing as he weighed 117 lbs. ( i think thats what he said) ans noew he's over 200 lbs.

  • Lui,

Come on bro, you are a role model to a lot of people - let the haters hate. Believe me, you speak the truth and the wise shall listen.

  • @ddayfitness if you watch his video carefully u will understand that he sais this kind of "fake science" is wrong and bullshit of course he is not taking on the real science based on real facts not just bs theorys (sorry for my grammar :) )

  • @ddayfitness My science is the Open minded science not the B.S science that doesn't accept change nor criticism . thank you sir.

  • @luimarco No, your science isn't science. It's the biggest load of bull shit I've ever come across in my life. I just ate an entire tub of ice cream and I feel great right now. I also know that doing so is going to have virtually no effect on my progress. People like you are causing society to regress to the stone age. Seriously Lui, open a damn science book and learn something new.

  • @ChieftainFish Shut up you damn troll. Face it, your friend the "Scientist" got his ass HANDED to him. He says "Real Science, real results", YEAH, he's been going gym for 4 years and LOOK @ HIM NOW, HE'S FAT AS F***! Great science. You utter retard, you damn nerds are getting owned, stick to fixing computer problems or hacking computers from your mums basement, you f****** nerd! You little "Science" dudes have no place in the BB industry.

  • @edlgotbanged Take a moment to calm down. You haven't met me in real life so you have you right to comment on my intelligence or athleticism. Countless individuals, including myself, have benefited in all facets of life by following proper nutritional science. Check out Martin Berkhan. He and his clients are ripped as hell, and they don't follow this pseudo-scientific bull shit that Lui Marco preaches. Face it, you are wasting your time and energy following his absurdly strict guidelines.

  • @ChieftainFish Looking at your page it's obvious that your a nerd lover of Ian. He's fat as f*** and he thinks eating a 400 g carbs meal as post workout with 50 grams of fat and 100 grams of protein is O.K? You UTTER retard. The funny thing is, idiots like you seem to think that you're being "Scientific" when in reality, you're being UTTER retards! I suppose, nerds will back nerds. Look at his HORRIBLE figure and he's been going gym for 4 years, LOOOOOOOL!

  • @ChieftainFish Look at the related videos and watch natural luimarco & ice cream. You fucking retard

  • @luimarco lui my man if i eat all that stuff postwork i will get diarrhea and my glutes will be the only muscles to be pumped cuz i will be taking a dump 24/7

  • Yeah....if ur sumo fighter that eats 40 000 kcal a day!!

  • I have said it before and I will say it again, If I walked into a gym and saw Ian, Barthel, You, and the twins and the sales person said ok you have a free personal training session but you get to pick your trainer I think it's pretty obvious that I would chose Ian last. The guy means well with his science talk but he has no results from them.

  • lol

  • the problem with science is it is always changing. Like eggs they said was great than they say it's awful than they say it's great again. Most of the stuff is based on such small % that it doesn't matter anyway.

  • fuck no

  • @79Everlast79 I was just about to write the exact same comment but u were first lol

  • hahaha i thought ian was like 165!! no way hes 205!!! chest pressing 60's and telling the world how to get jacked bahahaha

    this video is awesome

  • @nhlkingyeyewhatup SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THIS IAN MAC IDIOT IS NOT CANADIAN, PLEASE!

  • That diet is for dinosaurs!

  • i love u lui! this video made me feel so much better after watching that faggot

  • Very Nice Video

  • yeah but you are talking about pseudo vs actual science.

the kid has some great points that can't be discarded, yes his training method is a joke most of the time. but he's right about many things

  • Top video proved your points very well Lui! keep it up.

  • sixpackshortcuts shouldn't be allowed to advertise on your channel, Lui.

They are also BSers - all this afterburn effect shit! Mike doesn't even have a 6 pack anymore!

  • LUI MARCO. i like how you explain how other people are (full of it) but please focus a little more on what you do ! You are RIPPED not a blogger :)

  • Hahhahah this guy Ian Mccarthy is funny as fuck,

He says in his reviews about supplements, He doesnt even take the supplements that he is reviewing,

He just looks at the science about it, how the FUCK can you say that a supplement don't work if you havent tried it? That's like saying " Potatoes are discusting, According to science, I have never tasted them "

REAL LIFE OVER B-S SCIENCE EVERY DAY

  • @0FWGKTADGF And THIS is why I am losing faith in humanity.

  • @0FWGKTADGF This is ignorant. If you know what's in a supplement and you have knowledge of the ingredients you have a better chance of not getting ripped off or buying into gimmicks. I think science is very important in the supplement industry because things go into your body and do you really know if they are doing anything? You could think so but how much is placebo effect? I'm not sticking up for Ian but he has a lot of good information and in the end he IS trying to help people

  • @AverageLifter07 I agree, It's good to know what you put into your body. But to say that a supplement is not going to help you to achieve your goal, mainly by looking on the science behind the ingredients that is in the product, is ignorant.

And I rather take advice from a person thats been working out for years, and has real life experience, over some fat douche who is claiming to be a pro on this subject.

It's just like Lui Marco says " Scientific studies changes ".

  • @0FWGKTADGF Your argument doesn't actually hold up. Your example is about a taste - which is a personal preference. Supplements are not effective based on preference (unless you're talking placebo). Science is the route to go. But faux science - that is, "research" done by the companies that make the supplements - isn't. The problem in this video is that @luimarco doesn't determine between faux science and legitimate science.

  • @0FWGKTADGF #swag.

  • @0FWGKTADGF no. he reviews supplements how they should be reviewed. he looks at ingredients and their dosage and compares it to sientific studies.

  • I don't think I even eat 400g of carbohydrates in an entire day Lui! That Ian guy is crazy.

  • LOOK MA jimmy truthers was mentioned in another video ~!

    hes famous

  • I dont think he's 205, a lot of people lie about their measurement and dont bother to do them cuz their not commited enough. Like most people that work out think their at 6-8% bodyfat. But that is really really hard to achieve, and if u were that bodyfat percentage u would look "stage ready" and ur skin would be nothing but veins. He's probably 150 but a high bodyfat percentage probably 22-25%

  • @Electric1011

Stage BF% is more like 3-5% and cannot be maintained for long.

8% is easy to get to and maintain, 6% is obviously harder but can be done.

  • Now I realise what a HUGE CUNT this Ian Struthers McCarthy is. I will troll the shit out of this Sumo Scientist retard now

  • I dont know how you could possibly eat that much in a post workout. My resting calorie intake for a total day to sustain my bodyweight is around 2500 calories for god sake. To eat all that in one meal is in the words of luimarco, just nonsensical.

  • the kid has god complex... he has narcisstic personality disorder and that is nearly impossible to treat. he's 18, he has no experience at life and he thinks he's more intelligent than everyone. I used to be that way until someday I realized I was just a dumb kid who, as much knowledge as I had acquired, knew nothing at all after all. Bodybuilding is for him just another way to treat his sickness in the head and insecurities, among the thousands he has

  • @djole94

He's more of a borderline personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder combo, with lots of other issues (earlier he had anorexia, now it "smells" like bulimia nervosa, and probably insomnia too, if he really sleeps only 3h per day). I'm REALLY not bashing him, but he idd needs a professional help; he's a smart kid, but he'll end up badly unless he recognizes he needs help (without a client him/herself recognizing a need for a change, any psychotherapy is futile).

  • LOL, man..i was sick for 2 days. now i'm watching your videos, and i'm laughing as hell :))))

  • cant believe he weights 205...... my best friend ( jimmy struthers # 341) who works out then stops then go back n so on.. eats like 60% junk tries all kinds of supplements has the same body as ian n weights about 160

  • great video!

  • Well explained. I especially respect you for your clear stance against racist and bigoted people in general.

  • is it just me? i think for some angle, luimarco's face is similar to jason statham's..haha

  • Lui, just out of curiosity how many pullups can u do in a set

  • LUI i love you man but enough with a chit chat i want some stretching video!!!

  • High voice pitches LOL (Y)

  • lui is so fired up! :O

i hope people go out of lui's way these days, coz hes ready to snap someones s..t up!

    xD

  • i follow your tips and i see results .. so thank you

  • let it go guy. your beating a dead horse and injecting it with AIDS

  • Great topic, Lui. I'm glad you made a video about it. You just killed that kid Ian with this.

  • Lui has a funny voice when angry...high-pitched voice.. :)

  • only jimmy, tyrone, and ian would eat 400g of carbs after a workout

  • hahaha scooby give me a pilllow

  • hahaha yeah man, the proof is in the pudding. let your results show that you know what you're doin

  • Lui bringing it STRONG ! Love this video and your passion. Give it to them Lui. Just look at your body, and I will trust in you bro. Thanks for what you do for us n You Tube.

  • Man, my physic ain't the best.. you can check my progress.... but fuck, why the BS around YouTube Trolls... that dude should stfu and get out of the internet and workout, lol.

Anyways I'm on my way to the gym... I'm in my second week of my transformation, check me out for support... I'm a total beginner, lol.

  • Great video - I love your videos because your information gives real results - i started using leucine and I am making great gains

  • Another wonderful entertaining video Lui Marco! I spit coffee all over when you said "Scooby... gimme a pillow, I have to SCREAM!" ROFL But seriously, 400 grams carbs post workout is insane, what happens to that amount of carbs? It is not all going to quick energy, it is taken up and stored IN FAT CELLS in the body... yes this is why that crazy kid is so plump (did you notice how many videos show him with his shirt off? AND as you observed, that is why he is so weak.

  • I truly believe in this video! I have a free subscription to Muscle and Fitness magazine from Vitamin Shoppe, and every time I read them it is laughable all the ridiculous things in there, and every other magazine the theories are changing. I would rather go by my results and other results than some stupid theory.
