  • @JRBonaparte Shoulders once a week, I a different muscle group every day, I usually lift 5-6 days a week for weight training.

  • @JRBonaparte Shoulders are once a week, and I alternate muscle groups every day, except for abs, which I do about 4-5 times a week.

  • @dynamicstrength607 And it certainly shows! For a mom with two kids you have to best abs I've seen anywhere. You will be my wife's inspiration after she has her baby (6 mo's right now).

  • you are by far too powerful for bikini division. you are more like fitness figure (mix of bikini and bodybuilding). i can see you can push in strict form.....that is hard...
