  • Ävesöme!!

  • Awesome!

  • Awesome.

  • Very "east coast" looking hot rod...channeled, unchopped, the grille shell. Looks good, sounds good. It's gonna be fun!

  • that motor sounds better than sex....

  • That's def not a rat rod. Rat rods are made from junk you find at the junkyard. Welds are messy, random things are welded on. It's supposed to look like junk. This is a hot rod in the making. Someone would be crazy to turn this into a rat rod because it has awesome potential to be a hot rod in pristine condition.

  • your a fucking retard, hot rods with their shining paint and beautiful interior are disgusting

  • Just a little lesson. Awesome ride first off. But in response to the rat rod comment. A rat is an unsafe throw together piece of junk. A hotrod is a finely tuned well built auto. Just cause its unpainted and has whites on it doesn't mean its a rat.

  • i gave it 5 out of 5 stars...i would have gave i 4 but the paps blue ribbon bumped it up to 5...lol...i like every thing but the headers, dood just go buy some good lake style headers dont make your own

  • now thats one sweet hotrod

  • It's a Chrysler 413.

  • beautiuos car!

  • that is one fuckin mean lookin rat rod right ther man, pretty fuckin sweet and a 5 star video!

  • It's a HOT ROD, not a rat rod, but thanks for the props.

  • @jonnyhotrod1

I'm sure it has ended up a hot rod, but at the time this was filmed it sure does look like a sweet rat rod ;)

  • @jonnyhotrod1 well right now it looks like a rat rod

  • Good luck with that. Post more videos!

  • Hey Dude, it's a really nice hotrod ya got there. Really cool, awesome stance. So far I've seen just one unchopped A with such a bitchin' profile. Dig the truck grille.

What's up with it? Gonna fix it up and drive?

  • I've done a ton of work since posting this video. Plans are to drive it every chance I get. I'm presently about a day away from being able to register it.

  • @jonnyhotrod1 i hope to god this bad mofo doesnt become one of those 8 gajillion dollar trailer queens. its awesome just the way it is man.

  • love the hotrod!

  • thats a nice hod rod, awesome vid

  • Nice ride, I'd lay down some smooth primer, and put a purple shaft in that good ol' wedge you got there. That's a dam good motor.

  • well good man. do people fully restore old hotrods like this or aslong as they work they dont care?

  • some don't care, some paint them like easter eggs.

  • hahahaha nice

  • That's one fucking bad ass rod

  • i own a 39 ford pickup and the grill is the same on the 38 and the 39......awsome ride u have there i compliment u on it........

  • Bam. Shred some tire for the camera. One small note hom's, the grill is actually a 39' truck grill. Don't mean to be an a-hole and I';m sure I'm not the first to say it.

    Frickn' nice Rod.

  • Thanks for the complement. '38-'39 are pretty much the same, and it's patched together from a few different grills as gennie ones are hard to find in New England.

  • I would drive it like it was stolen!

  • wow, must be a really efficient radiator..

  • So far so good. It's a 3-row, custom built at Sanford Radiator in Maine. I brought in an old 2-row found held on with planks in a jeep, that fit behind the '38 grill and they re-fabbed everything to work with the 413. They also modified the inlets (angles/locations) to suit the motor. Holds under 200 degrees after running extensively.

  • I want to build a 4-71 / 284 4 mine...

  • sweet rod! want!
