  • sure. Auntie told a kid to chase one down and catch it. then one of the village men took the chicken and clubbed it on the head to stun it (while holding it by the feet). the man then held the chicken over a pot, slit it's throat and then put it head-down in the pot to bleed out (they save the blood). the chicken bled out and died in about 3 minutes. then they scalded the body with hot water to help remove the feathers. the title shot shows the man plucking it.

  • Asian or not has nothing to do with it. around the world, this is how people prepare food. people in rich modern countries become totally disconnected from the fact that their meat is from animals, and someone has to kill and clean them. i know some few in the USA who will not eat any meat from bones, lol.
