"updates" are stealing mods from other people, the FINISHED version is buggier then Magicka 1.0...

Seems like you really havent tried out it eh? First i would say that it has a specific graphic style and other games had it before minecraft, they wanted cube pixeled textures and they will keep it.
After that i can say that IT is the most flexible game i've ever seen, you can do whatever you want, there are also pve mods and pvp servers other than building mining creating pixel arts sculptures etc etc.

I disagree with Marvel vs Capcom 3. At the end of the day, all that matters to me is having fun. You on the other hand just bash the living hell out of that game and ruin everyones experiences. Marvel VS Capcom 3 was lacking in so much substance that they had to re release it 9 MONTHS LATER. It was a good fighting game in gameplay areas, but it still didn't have any substance outside of that. Honestly, for all fighting game fans, just go buy Mortal Kombat 9. Best fighting game of the year and it actually had kontent (See what i did there?) and good fighting mechanics. Mortal Kombat: 1 MvC: 0

Brink was great WTF!!! I never had any glitches or bad AI! at all I played on pc because i'm not stupid. Duke Nukem Forever was better on pc and had WAY less glitches and so was BRINK. Marvel vs Capcom was fun to play . Sure it was disapointing but it is pretty fun to play. The only problems for me were the lack of modes and good characters.
@tdjorda1 I think that Marvel vs capcom should have been less and the same with Duke Nukem but brink should be about $40-$50 (all good games should be) when the others games I mentioned should be $30.

@CrappSlayer Brink got rid of kdr, they are only focused on objectives, they make is so teamwork is the only way to play, they make it so it takes alot of bullets to kill which is one of the best part about brink cuz it fixes so many problems that other fps's have.
If they did what you said they would have ended up being like Gothem City Imposters so unique mechanics ruined by the game just being CoD with a neat little gimmick. Brink is very original and well though out and dares to be different

It does nothing to prevent someone from sitting in one spot and racking up kills on people who go for the objective- only diff is they won't know exactly how many kills they get. Since you don't kill people fast you can't just lone wolf and spray you'll get your ass kick. Also when you stick with your teammates your more likey to be revived or get buff and since they get alot of points for doing so.
The lack of kdr + the inability to camp very well solo + more points for buffs and objectives also help

But what makes Brink a great game isn't the list of mechanics that make it "cool" but rather how they work together. All the mechanics even the ones people grumble about add something to the game. The art, the sounds and music, and the very little story add to this games atmosphere and personality.
The mechanics and Brink aren't new, but how they're used and work together is the key.

Brink was great WTF!!! I never had any glitches or bad AI! at all I played on pc because i'm not stupid. Duke Nukem Forever was better on pc and had WAY less glitches and so was BRINK. Marvel vs Capcom was fun to play . Sure it was disapointing but it is pretty fun to play. The only problems for me were the lack of modes and good characters.

@blackshot156 Why would I be joking. Brink is an amazing game and I have over 100 hours in gameplay. Brink is a work of art, but unfortunately people weren't ready for it (or willing to wait a few days for them to patch the glitches -.-)
Brink manage to actually be a genuinely unique fps game cuz they stepped out the safe zone of game making that makes your game like CoD but with different stuff so most people will like it. Brink may not be as popular but the cult following is strong Brother.

@CrappSlayer Brink got rid of kdr, they are only focused on objectives, they make is so teamwork is the only way to play, they make it so it takes alot of bullets to kill which is one of the best part about brink cuz it fixes so many problems that other fps's have.
If they did what you said they would have ended up being like Gothem City Imposters so unique mechanics ruined by the game just being CoD with a neat little gimmick. Brink is very original and well though out and dares to be different

It does nothing to prevent someone from sitting in one spot and racking up kills on people who go for the objective- only diff is they won't know exactly how many kills they get. And if you want larger health bars- try the Halo or Gears franchises, which have been out for years btw. If that's the best part then they're pretty late to it. -____-"
Lastly: Objective+big health bars =/= teamwork.

@CrappSlayer Wf are you taking about health bars? The teamwork comes from its mechanics. The way its made is to push your team to the objective and then do it with back up. Since you don't kill people fast you can't just lone wolf and spray you'll get your ass kick. Also when you stick with your teammates your more likey to be revived or get buff and since they get alot of points for doing so.
The lack of kdr + the inability to camp very well solo + more points for buffs and objectives also help

@CrappSlayer I greatly admire Bioshock as well as games with great stories like Bastion and Metro2033. But what makes Brink a great game isn't the list of mechanics that make it "cool" but rather how they work together. All the mechanics even the ones people grumble about add something to the game. The art, the sounds and music, and the very little story add to this games atmosphere and personality.
The mechanics and Brink aren't new, but how they're used and work together is the key.

Also I didn't say add I said how they work together there's a huge difference. You can have 100's of stuff but it doesn't mean it'll work together. Yogscast = half assed there review and annoyed me cuz they basically insulted it in the worst way possible, treat it like a TF2 clone.
Total Biscuit = has played hundreds of game, compared it to old id games, and gave it the review it deserved. A very positive one :)
