  • Well Scarecrow the mask is blank. The ink blot is it's own animation poorly tracked onto the mask.

  • You can still see your nose and lighting under the inkblot, which is great - is that because you changed the blending modes? I'm making a Rorschach vid and want a few shots to have the moving mask. Thanks!

  • Yea the ink blot footage has had it's blending mode changed, and opacity dropped. The Blending mode is screen or overlay. Can't rightly remember. I wish you well on your Rorschach video hopefully you will have better luck with the tracking than I did.

  • Yeah, yours got a little shaky when he leaned back, but don't beat yourself up. I think with primitive means of special effects like this, it's best to keep Rorschach still while using the effect. When there is lots of movement, it's best to go with just a nicely painted mask. That's what I'm doing for mine. The real effects cost quite a lot of money to pull off. Great job man.

  • hey can i ask where yougot the ink blot effect from, downloadable?great job

  • Its not really, the inkblot that was on his face.

  • Nice work dude!
