@cassius969 This unit isn't light combat. As female Israeli who will be going to Karkal, I wanted to just say, that to get the the Special forces unit of Oketz (which is extremely hard to get into to), you have to pass training in Karkal. Proving (in my opinion) that its very, very hard work.
Study your history more. Russia had all-women battalions and mixed battalions during World War 1 and 2 and did just fine. The Scandinavians, Anglo-Saxons and Germanic tribes had mixed armies as well, they even had a General named Boudicca who led attacks during the Roman Revolt.
