In 1965 I was ten years old and would listen quietly at night to the beautiful sounds of Chad and Jeremy coming from my sister's room. It was on "Distant Shores" I first heard Paul Simon's Homeward Bound and Gordon Lightfoot's Early Morning Rain.

My Hubby and I are seeing Chad and Jeremy this Fri. April 30'10 in Concord, NH ! I saw them in 1966 in Burlington, VT and can't wait to have the honor of being in their presence once again ! This video marks one of the few times in my adult life where I've been fortunate enough to capture a moment on video that I want to preserve forever. These men are magical and I feel honored every time I get to watch this again.

Some voices don't stand the test of time but as this video shows, their's clearly have. Unlike some of the British artists many years ago who rode the Beatles coat tails to America who really didn't deserve either their acclaim, or as it turned out, 15 minutes of fame, Chad & Jeremy did. They were great then, I think they still are. I hope they continue together for many years to come.
