@punyman9 well your level reflects the difficulty you play on. turn it all the way down. you will be low lvl. mid way be decent lvl. all the way up well you are gonna be stronger but you will die quickly. haha

@punyman9 You can't really buy lockpicks but you can spawn them in on pc or use the duplication glitch on Xbox or ps3 to get more, also the leader of the thieves guild has some you can pickpocket every three days.
