you should try this set on poliwrath, bulk up circle throw ice punch and waterfall with max sp d and hp and lefties. Not really great in higher teirs but its works with entry hazards and covers a water weakness well with water absorb

The Shaymin Para wasn't as bad the Hydro Miss. Had the first Hydro Pump hit, Regi would have been taken down, then Swellow and Spiritomb are the ones left. I could lock my self into Iron Head and since Swellow is frail and Spiritomb was at low HP, and since Regi pretty much walls both of those pokes, the game would have came down to if Spiritomb carried Rest. (Dunno if pain split would get you the win)
