much like any other form of art, their main objective is to spark emotions in people...UST singers NEVER fail to do that. at parating nababagay sa kanta ang katapat na emosyon...di katulad nung isa parating "kami ang magaling" - wala ka namang maramdaman pag umaawit sila...lol

@tugatogmalabon right and there is no point in comparing them... ust singers are students... madz are professionals... so it is given that madz are better than UST but these choirs are not competing with each other madz members even watch UST concerts and vice versa..

I really love this song. Ms. Santillan our choir conductor came from UST Chorale and most of our songs and masterpiece came from UST Chorale. This song will be memorable to me. That's why I'm enjoying in singing. This is our winning song in Iloilo when we competed. Galing!

Please stop the annoying comparison between the Madrigal Singers and the UST Singers. Both choirs are great. Both choirs have brought honor to our country. We should be proud of them both. No need to determine who's better.

I have followed both choirs' stints and they are both World-Class. They have brought our little country, the Philippines, reknown in this field of singing. Competed and bested formidable, well-funded choirs from other countries.

Why can't we just be proud of our countrymen/women and REJECT unwarranted criticisms.

Truly moving. Each realizing he has his own Paraiso...but also knows that the true Paradise is one that is shared with friends. Realizing that some will have to move on, (esp the senior singers) stay in the US and some have to go back home...unsure if this feeling of shared talents will ever happen again...realizing that they may never see (or hear) each other sing together again perhaps can really tug the toughest of hearts...

this was 7 years ago, at St. Brendan's Church in LA. As you can see, the alumni (who are residing in the US now) were singing with the 2001 batch - it made singing this song more special.
