  • these bike kits are great, anybody can put one of these kits on there bike see mine at my channel MrMsrtube 150 mpg and up to 40mph will go for cruise, and dont foget once you go gas you wont bust your ass

  • how's the braking on these? do you have a squeeze brake or is via reverse pedaling? and does it wear out the breaks

    thanks

  • @xpott91 with something that could get up to and over 25 mph youre going to want disc brakes. im not sure what this set up uses, but you dont just want to use calipers because they're not strong enough.

  • @CrypticArtist How difficult would it be to install disk brakes on the bike?

  • @pfcmarine93 honestly depends on the bike. i know most shops can do it for a fee. check your local bike shop or look up some videos on youtube.

  • how the hell was this recorded?

  • @MrPandaJoi326 haha, i asked that prolly about a year ago and dont remember getting a response- im guessin theres a camera mount connected to the forks somehow...

  • Very nice build man

  • what kind of handlebars are those?

  • cafe racer + bobber ^^

  • i own the same kit but its on a trek and id love to make another like this rot rod style u have good taste lol nice mods keep up the good work!

  • swear it looks like your moving about average speed of a bicycle -_-

  • @arich357 It's a trick of the camera. No one except pro tour riders are going to be maintaining those speeds and if they are they will be sweating the whole time and not kicked back enjoying the effortless ride. Even those guys can't do it on an old heavy vintage beach cruiser lol.

  • I'm moving to Atlanta next month. I'll be looking for you on the road :)

  • Looks awesome.

  • looks great. Does the wrap cut down exaust noise much?

  • Are they street legal? I mean can an officer get you?

  • @ajz9go depends on local laws some areas its 50cc and under, 2 brake hp max, 30 mph max, and some are 50cc and under max 20 mph look at your local laws about mopeds and go to motorbicyclingforum the guys there will help you out if you want to build one

  • I'm about to buy a kit and the induction (expansion) chambers, but I live in ohio, where and how can I ride this legally? sidewalk, road? I really want one, but I need to know how to ride it.

  • hi ppl hi barryclement is that bike yours ? if u wanna sell that how much is price ? ( to dollar plz )

  • lovely bike mate!! cant wait to get back out to the USA and ride my cranbrook!!! have fun! there great!!

  • Very nice but i do no like the pedaling I`ll use a centrific clucht

  • i'm in atlanta.... haven't seen u yet... looking to do some builds similar to this one.... Lindley Davis (FB).....

  • that is the coolest motor bicycle i have seen on youtube yet. good job man

  • is it a 26" or a 24"?

  • Have you ever been pulled over?

  • Love it, this is like what I have been wanting to build for a while now. Thanks for the great video. :)

  • Great bike and video!

  • Wow!! That is impressive man! Love it.

  • what's the farthest you've ridden that thing in one shot ? I'm going to be using mine as a commuter also once I build it ... engine will be here in a couple days ... also what top speed are you hitting ?

  • @JohnnyWillner well i know the adv bike goes 30-35mph with this kit depends on your weight tuning break in in ect now if you have or are gonna build a mt bike one you can by a shift kit and gain tons of low end power and about 5-7 mph faster so you could go about 40 mph with a 80cc motor now FYI the 80cc are not 80cc there 66cc but what ever then you can but expansion chambers and performance carbs like the CNS carb buy all that you will have a 47 mph shifter bike maybe 50 not sure

  • I think that handle bar is just stock beach cruiser upside down, that's all.

  • I Really Wish I could See your rear taillights at night!? Thats a sweet, killer ride! How'd you make up them lights on the fender?

  • ale gejowski rumburak

  • Hey There. Sweet bike and great workmanship. My husband recently helped a neighbor who got a SkyHawk engine for his bicycle and he really messed it up. My DH wound up working on it. Any how, as a thank you for him helping, they bought him that same engine. We are now ready to get going on this bike and up until now I wasn't able to find a bike style and setup that I really liked. This one is awesome! Florida is nice for riding, this will save money on gas. Maybe we'll post on youtube!

  • Where'd you find the handle bars?

  • haulin' ASS!

  • what kind of handle bars are those i want to buid one out om my schwinn

  • 1:15 HELL YEAH I LOVE ACCORDS!

  • what engine is it what name brand is it who makes the engine and what cc is it 49cc or 80cc thanks cool bike

  • Comment removed

  • were did u get the white tires man?

  • 35 seemed like you were flying.

  • Nice bike

    Nice vid

  • hey man so i got the same motor and i cant get the small sprocket to turn to get the chain on, how did u get urs to turn?

  • @LUVHERB247 push your clutch arm in like a inch or 2.. and take note, you have to push kindov hard. this will let you sprocket to turn. and dont think your going to break it cuz you wont.

  • @LUVHERB247 the small sprocket is the clutch. the clutch presses in on the bolt holding the sprocket then it can spin freely

  • @LUVHERB247

use the spark plug tool that comes w the engine this will help you move it..

  • i am not sure about this but i believe having one of those in Texas isn't possible because of the speed it gets ... stupid ass texas laws .

  • really cool, mine looks more like an early motorcycle replica rather than a boardtrack but yours looks really cool as well, good job!!

  • Regardless of the bike, the camera work was really good. Thanks for sharing it. I wish everyone would share their videos the way you did instead of being "arm chair quarterbacks".

  • why do you wrap the muffler

  • @devinjustintime reduce heat, and sometimes, especialy in cars, because of the compact design, improove preformance(because of lowered heat. on bikes it's good in case ur leg touches it, but its expensive

  • that helmet is wayyy overkill for going 30-35

  • @cooptroop123 seriously? are you trolling for fun or is your harley at the shop getting more chrome and accessories added to it? you should always wear a helmet. i'd like to see how you fare after coming off a bike at 30-35mph without a helmet. moron

  • no its not. i had a motorcycle accident at that speed with a car. almost had my head ran over! just because its a bicycle doesnt mean an accident won't kill you.

  • Nice!

  • Great looking bike!

  • good camera work! well, until the 35 mph part. it gets kinda shaky there. Nice bike.

  • Man lots of bashing on this video. Nicely done bike I'm working on a boardtracker style bike myself just figuring out what type of motor to use.

  • I love your bike, great job, what motor kit did you use, I have a bike video please check it out.

  • as if you wear that helmet

  • is this the 49cc or 80cc motor?

  • Just bidding on a bike on ebay to build on similar to this take a look at the Derringger cycle page on the net. They look nice in the colours. I will use a 70cc Rocksolid engine with a bigger carb. I will also be putting a diary on my channel in a few weeks so look out Australia there may be somthing cool on the streets of Sydney soon. Cool bike and good luck with the next progect. ps did you bend the bars your self or just flip them?

  • should make an electric one :D

  • I wonder if you have any issues when breaking ,do you have to pull the clutch in to use the brake and if so do you lose the abality to use both the front and back brake at the same time beacuse your pulling in the clutch?

  • BRAVO!!!!! your bike is tits man, great Kustom, going to try it on with my 34 hawthorne, gonna have to make a custom tank for it,got some ol schwinn wheels with drum brakes skip tooth & all,got a nasty ol springer, just need ta decide on a engine now,Thanks for the sinspiration!! and again your bike is KingShit!

  • nice,,, i'm building one just like it on a 1960 schwinn and love the set up u have on there :)

btw wut type of frame is tht?

  • Dude, that bike is sick. The retro look is spot on. I've been looking at some kits for the last couple weeks and this build has got to be the best I have seen. Great job!!!

  • nice bike.

  • hey, you're my neighbor! or.. you were my nieghbor.. i bought a house and moved out of the 4th ward. gave you or your roommate a gas cap off of one of my motorized bikes one time.

my bike got stolen from grant park the other day.

  • Very nice build. I like the flipped handlebars.

  • Very nice bike. Where did you mount the camera for the ride?

  • I bought the same kit about 3 times, and made it then redid it on like literally 5 bikes 3 times each. They still break down after about 3 miles of use. How do you make yours so that it stays intact so long. Usually it is the chain that falls off followed by a flat tire.

  • Beautiful bike.

  • hows the stopping power with only the coaster breaks?

  • I just ordered one... Can't wait to build it and go... I live in Atl... Law on helmet? Bike helmet...

  • Love zoom ya there is never nobody to ride with so I just talk my friends in to the build I think the build is as much fun or funner then riding awesome bicycle I just started on my board track racer check it out

  • nice board racer style build.

  • i cant get my danm coaster brake back on any one knoe how to

  • Hey everyone. Don't buy anything from spooky tooth cycles. They have a web site. Just trust me on that, my gas powered bike lasted about a month till a lot of the metal on the frame was rusting and the engine quit working too. Waste of money, build it yourself. :D

  • Nobody asked, but how is your camera mounted. That is one wicked camera mount. I want to build one of these on cruiser frame to totally one up the neighborhood kids and feel I've built my own motorbike, *but* I already have a 234c Honda Rebel I can take all apart and put back together, and know its better to put my money into that. More speed, more range, less vibration, transmission, its just a wonderful bike. But I love the look of those golden age early bike + engine motorcycles.

  • very nice

  • I love your hair!

  • cool but make it electric drive instead. much cooler

  • that's a really nice bike dude!

  • Nice job.I'm building one and have a similar springer forked frame.

  • increases power and keeps your muffler from getting clogged. It keep the inside at a higher temperature.

  • i would ride with you but in MN

  • So much win! ! !

  • i wonder how he was tapeing this

  • @pottsisback

Yeah it really is weird. Must be some type of mount the hook up to his fork or something.

  • is it me but dosent all that gear hes wearing look like hes a bank robber? or pulling off a job haha

  • What a cool looking ride you have dude.. Nice work.

  • ha dude i have the same kit,you should take the baffle out of the exhaust pipe, i went and bought a glass pack muffeler and adapt it to fit and ported my exhaust and intake also got a ngk iridium br6hix spark plug and performance carb!! it ripps.

  • 50cc? I love the bike man its beautiful im looking to do the same thing to my cruiser i love the homage to the board track racers! how was the install?

  • I love how you start it *pops clutch*

  • hey snd me your phone if u ever get to north ga cumming

  • 678

  • haha i use mine for work. I work at pizza hut as a delivery driver at los angeles downtown. Most useful and saves gas!

  • Barry, Cool bike. Cool video! I built one and love riding it! I am planning on starting a motorize bike club where I live.

  • do you live in MD? i am wanting to start a "biker" gang lol and am lookng for peole as well!

  • Cool bike, looks great! Well done.

  • It's fun. i used to have one. But it needs a lot of work from installation to maintenance. 60~70 mpg

  • any idea how fast it will go

  • cool bike, needs a new tank, oh and by the way you sound like old man herbert from family guy.

  • OK where/ how did u mount the camera?

  • @DKINE59 I second that question?

  • Then you my friend, are a fucking spoon

  • @KatieTC

    why?

  • Your asking why your a fucking compleat idiot? i believe you need to have a crash, as soon as posible, thanks.

  • @TheSuperTwisted because obviously head trauma is MANLY

  • Very much like a Motorcycle rides. It is a tool. Treat it with respect. any tool can be dangerous is mistreated. Good Video Berry.. I am in Kansas, But I would love to ride with you. Myself and my 2 other friends, my brothers also. we all own these. we have a bicycle chop shop where we customize frames, Paint and weld these Specialty Bikes. Mine is a low rider style. I chopped the frame and extended the forks. I installed.. Ape Hangers and Fiberglass Panels for aerodynamics and look

  • Were did you come across that bike frame? Its cool, would love tofind a frame like that

  • Someone was dogging him for wearing coveralls and a fullface for riding a motorized bicycle. 20-40mph is plenty fast enough to get killed on, so the fullface and rash cover is smart! Plus bugs in your face suck at any speed.

  • That is awesome. It looks really good with the 1900's style bars.

  • Wow, looks cool, I really like the lites and how the bars and layed low and you have a nic voice for comentary work.

  • That is a cool looking bike. I am amazed how many of those motorized bikes have appeared on our island over the past couple of years. Tons of scooters here too because we have the highest gas prices in North America. I may have to put one of those engines in my old mtn. bike. Can you still use the gears as well?

  • Its funny how you use full motorbike gear..

  • motorbike gear could save his life some day

  • what happens if some jack ass came out of nowhere and hit you? you land on the ground BUT WAIT you did not have a proper helmet on oh shit now you cant feel your legs and arms..... but all that could be avoided by wearing a motorcycle helmet b/c they have the support you need to survive a crash.

  • I guess..

But you wouldnt wear that if you were riding a bicycle would you?

  • no b/c it has no motor on it so crashes could be easily avoided (fyi i never ride a regular bike anymore) i still wear a bike helmet though. + adding on to my last comment hes going speeds higher than 25mph it will hurt bad if you got road rash on your face!!

  • @jjproctor i have a mope dlike this aswell and i wear a motorcycle helmet its amazing for protection and its really warm in the winter and keeps the rain out of my eyes when its raining

  • @jjproctor Helmets are for pussy ass faggots

  • @Metallica0493 see u when you cant wipe ur own ass

  • @jjproctor I"LL TAKE MY CHANCES! SO SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU PARANOID OBAMA LOVING LIBERAL COCK SUCKER PIECE OF SHIT!

  • @Metallica0493 not paranoid hate the fucking nigger obama yea im sorry but ill have to come put a reed bar in ur front tire have a nice fall mother fucker

  • Helmets are for people that fear death. If you fear death you have no business being on a motorcycle

  • @Metallica0493 so your stupid enough to not wear a helmet on a motorbike?? so let me get this strait: if u had a wonderfull wife and kids and u love them like nothing else, but o wait U DONT FEAR DEATH so u go get ur ducati or whatever, dont wear a helmet and go riding it at a 120 mph and u die. but u dont fear death so everything is allright peopel !!!

  • Awesome ride dude! I really need to get one of these.

  • maybe durng the winter you should warn it up first, that way it will last longer.

  • can anyone recommend me a good engine kit and a prace to order it from ? (i live in greece)

i want it to last without problems for 2 years or so..

    tips/advices 'd be nice thanks!

  • quiet down the muffler although that's the last thing you wanna do when most of the drivers out there can't drive properly and almost hit you.

  • Comment removed

  • Hi berry would you recommand removing the baffle and running it like that I've taken it off before and the power and response was better but it was kinda loud just some popping and crackling noise on idle and a little while riding thanks

  • cool looking bike.

  • i like the the flipped handles... ive always liked the board track look.

  • what type of handlebars are those? where can i get em for my bike?!

  • lol he just fliped them

  • i just got one of these motors i got the stealth black kit got it for a $100 on ebay and the kits contents amaze me. tons of stuff for a 100 dollars hope to have it goin tomm!

  • thats sweet i think im going to get my engine from there

  • Real Nice! Thanks for Vid.

  • how does that handlebar work?

  • You are too dumb to make something for yourself. Bikes are for transportation. One reason to make one is that a homemade moped costs about $100 if you have a bike. A store bought ugly Tomos is about $1200. Not to mention his bike is unique and really cool. Sometimes exercise can include exercising your mind. He can still pedal if he wants.

  • Your an ass - to call something crap that took someone time and effort to build also makes you a knob-jockey.

  • majorpainful sorry about you r hemmoroids bitch. hope they heal soon

  • fuxk you majorbitch

  • @majorpainful

Maybe... just MAYBE some people don't want to waste thousands of dollars on a motorcycle. For being like $300+, this is good. And its really good mileage. Besides, if you live in a smallish town and don't wanna waste your money... then there you go, reasons to buy a motorized bicycle. Dip shit.

  • That's beautiful. God imagine accidentally pulling the front breaks... Helmet or not, you're eating some serious concrete... Hit fucking oil that way. Impressive as hell though, I'm planning on getting one of these.

  • actually i have one and i hooked up the front brake as my primary i was scared at first but due to the weight of the motor it wont flip and 80% of your stopping power is in the front so when you get this kit and if you are unhappy with the stopping distance try the front out

    good luck

  • in the hills of pittsburgh pa better have 4 tiny lil pads that just 2 when ur goin 35+i have 250 miles on my new kit and already worn a 1/4 section of pad down on fr. and rear

  • i have the cheap chinese engine and it works great had it 3 years

  • dude that is a really nice looking bike! great work.

    how fast does it go?

  • Wow, impressive camera angle mount. I have an 85 Honda Rebel that gets 87mpg. I'm thinking of building one of these not because I have a use for it, but just as an experiment. Looks like a harrowing experience at 35 mph, probably very unsafe when some idiot pulls out in front of you. Remember, you only have 2 square inches of tire contacting the pavement, and no shocks, and probably not beefed up brakes. One pothole at 35 would seriously F you up. And that vibration is rough on your hands.

  • hey, does anyone have a racing carburetor for there motorized bikes?

  • Sorry folks but the cheap chinese engines are junk. Yes, they might run good for awhile but are guaranteed to break down. Make sure your pedals work 'cause you'll eventually have to pedal home. Better to go with Tanaka, Robin Subaru or Honda. Might cost more but you get what you pay for.

  • These engines are pretty good once broken in they don't break easily just take care of it like any other engine maintenance is the key to longer engine life althought the engine is good change all bolts and the plug I repeat change all the bolts a plug there not that great it only really cost 30 get some plugs from the scrap yard and ngk spark plug

  • AWESOME!

I was thinking of buying a "derringer cycle", but now I think I'de rather build one myself!

  • i live close to atlanta were do u ride too on it

  • at 2:21 look at that guy on the right! he is making a face.

  • I crashed my chopper bike that had a 80cc jet silver on it got hurt pretty bad and fucked up the bike it was my fualt it had no brakes

  • lets see you even keep your eyes open fast 40

  • glasses....and it cant go 40

  • can you not see the helmet he is wearing?

  • haha love those white tires

    truly awesome

  • where did you purchase the motor kit from. ive searched google clicked on the top website but im not sure if its a real website and im not trying to put 400$ down and them take my money and not send me anything

  • Barry:thanks for taking the time to make the video.Does geaorgia have a helmet law?Its actually a good thing when a guy considers his kids ya know.
