  • A tip for you if you sew Large Key ring on the ends of the straps it works at thumb grips to snug up your pack.No Paracord hanging off your pack. Hope it helps

  • @Blackmstrchef2010 Thanks for the tip...will give it a try ;) c

  • goood tips, cheers.

  • Just subbed, nice channel. GG stuff is sweet, indeed. Cheers, Z

  • ya'll pack heat while hiking or being out among the nature ?

  • @ikonik69 There are very few places we go without "heat"

  • @SoulSurvivorX2 Word!

  • whoa whoa whoa.

you mean to tell me... that putting MORE weight on your hips means LESS weight on your shoulders?!?! WHAT!?!?

  • Wow, within 4 vids you guys turned into purists! Love it.

  • I like the boobstrap

  • those are nice breast i mean backpacks!!

  • If you put g4 or gossamer gear in the title, I think you may get some more views. I got here from your other video, but this never showed up when I was searching for g4 videos.

  • @scottsimcox Good point and Thank you...I'll give it a try ;) c

  • Great review sound like you guys had a blast.

  • I have a back pack that i bought from the NRA Store, it's called the NRA Dark Ops Backpack for $44.95 and i bought a NRA bug-out bag which has concealed backpack straps for $39.95 they are great packs. and another reason i bought them is their my favorite color BLACK.

  • @TinSoIdier Those are great bags for SHTF and Bugging out. I love my Gossamer Gear for hiking though ;) c

  • I only use a water bottle, but on the G4's you kind of have to use a water bladder. I would put the bladder in the side pocket and not inside the pack. That way you can easily get to it to fill it, easily see how much water you have left and if it did leak, no harm to any gear. It would just run down the outside of the pack.

  • @freewill51 You are right. We are going with water bottles only next time ;) c

  • @freewill51 The platypus is a good idea when winter camping, keep it in your pack next to your back to prevent your water from freezing. I didn't take one Christmas weekend and had trouble with my water bottle freezing. If you feel like it, check out my channel "1960MarkN" and look for "Tiffany Mountain"

  • If my ex soldiers knew I was throwin away moves. When you put your ruck on, dont tighten your shoulder straps, lean over at the waist first, tighten the waist strap, stand up, then tighten shoulder straps as needed. And, move out! You shouldnt cinch your waist strap to tight without a kidney pad though.

  • @SoulSurvivorX2 Excellent, thanks!

  • great review! We're new to backpacking and have a lot to learn.

  • awesome

  • My two concerns with such a light weight, frameless pack were comfort and durability. Well I guess it passed the test on both accounts. It looks like Gossamer got it right. Great review. Very informative and professional. Thanks!

  • @SnowLobo95 Probably not good for a bug out bag but great for multi day hikes. Thanks for watching ;) c
