  • I can only do about 5 of these and I’m done! My head starts to hurt, my arms get tired; My lower back starts to hurt! These are NOT for beginners. But they do work.

  • shes totally right. You need to come all the way up and make sure you back is in a flexed position, abs tight all the way through. If you just make the exercise a "leg lift" its just working your iliopsoas's ( hip flexors). Good demonstration.
