  • This remind anyone else of the Forbidden Forest from Wind Waker?

  • @spikidawikidawow Forbidden *Fortress

  • @TheBiggamer64 *Forsaken Fortress. But I'm pretty sure he was infact saying it right, because there is a forbidden fortress in Wind Waker.

  • @MisterchidsMachinima Shit, forest*, lol.

  • @MisterchidsMachinima god I'm such a WW noob sorry

  • @Darkunov LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • Is that the spirit pipes in thhe backround?

  • @Timmity3 lol, spirit pipes is just the name of the instrument in spirit tracks. The real life name is pan flute, and no it isn't pan flute. Pretty sure it's an Irish Whistle.

  • If anyone was smart they'de make the sealing spike take up the whole pit... or fill the pit with water.

  • @RotomRules64 Because water would kill that beast?

  • very mysterious and foreboding.

  • When I saw the Goddess Island falling, I immediatly thought of the Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror 22. In the third parody about Avatar, when Milhouse asks about the floating islands...

    They don't float, they fall.

  • This song reminds me of music from Final Fantasy 8...

  • @RenegadeX28 Definitely see what you mean there. :P

  • Imprisoned: This is blasphemy... MADNESS!!

    Link: Madness.... THIS! IS! HYRUUUUULE!

    *le launch*

    Imprisoned: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

HOW HAS NOBODY THOUGHT OF THIS ONE?!

  • @RotomRules64 Because it's not Hyrule...

  • @Buss713 it is hyrule

  • @RotomRules64

    >le

    oh you fucking faggot

  • @RotomRules64 More like:

    Imprisioned: This is blasphemy... MADNESS!!

    Groose: Madness,,, THIS! IS! GROOSELAAND!!!

    *shoots bomb*

    Imprisoned: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

  • Me, when I first got here: Why is this place so BIG? There's nothing to do here!

    Ha....hahahahaha...never doubt the game designers...

  • @ClawedNyasu yeeees, i was looking half an hour for terasures there >.>

  • I want to play this game again, like I would with any Zelda game, but... I'm just so sick of collecting shit! This is the only thing you do in this game besided clearing dungeons! Collecting items should never be the main task of a game (collecting 3 stones is okay, but collecting items to collect those stone is just stupid).

  • @harry426 Don't forget the reason u go into dungeons in most Zelda games, is to collect things. But u're probably talking about for instance collecting the five key pieces to the Earth Temple, Am I right?

  • @Jake123557 Faron Woods: Collect Kikwis.

    Eldin: Collect key pieces.

    Lanayru Desert: Collect combination symbols.

    Flooded Faron Woods: Collect Tadnotes.

All the Silent Realms: Collect tears.

And every tasks in the game that don't consist of collecting things consist of transporting things to certain locations.

  • @harry426 yeah, I gotcha

  • the second i saw the sealed grounds i was like, "yep. this place is going to end up being really important"

  • Man this sounds so much like the Wind Temple Music from Wind Waker in fact a lot of the tracks in Skyward Sword reminds me of music form Wind Waker.

  • poor groose. he really wanted this place to be called groose land but in is never heard of in the sequels

  • This music sounds very peaceful but also gives you the feeling that "sudden destruction" can happen at any time.

  • me!

  • Arbiter's Grounds is not amused...

  • Honestly, the marimba in this song made me more happy than anything :x (I blame my crazy percussion class)

  • What a glorious spring theme. What about Skyrim or maybe...the seal in the pit? Uh-oh! Nightmares! The Imprisoned monster comes to swallow victory for nothing!

  • I don't know why, but I must think of doom when I hear this music... :P

  • I just realized you fight both main villains numerous times. You fight Demise four times and Ghirahim three times. I enjoyed the Ghirahim fights but Demise was just annoying because of the stupid shockwaves he causes when he stomps the floor and his toes just happen to be his weak spot. Demise's true form though was very fun to fight but a bit too easy especially compared to some of the other bosses.

  • @jmario232 Correct me if I'm wrong because I haven't finished the game yet... But by Demise do you mean The Imprisoned? cause Demise is the final boss....

  • @SydniRox97

Actually Demise was sealed in the Sealed Grounds and his power was diminished turning him into a mindless scaley lizard beast. He periodically tries to escape the the Sealed Grounds and you fight him. Eventually the Temple from Skyloft falls on him preventing him from escaping for good but Ghirahim retreats into the past to resurrect him there so he can torment those in the past present and future. The thing referred to as The Imprisoned is the sealed for of Demise.

  • @jmario232 Ahhh I see :3

  • @SydniRox97

Sorry I meant sealed form. My keypad on my portable computer is very flat so it can sometimes be irritating to type with. Sorry.

  • Really dig this track and sounds Zelda-esque but at the same time it sounds like I should be listening while walking around Midgar or Mining Town.

  • Something's being bugging me since I went to the past in Sealed Temple... Was Skyloft originally in this valley? Skyloft looks a bit bigger than that, but it would make sense. The sealed grounds were known as Hylia's (the Goddess) Region in the past after all. So the Goddess just threw her land (Skyloft) into the sky and then locked the Imprisoned in the bottom of the valley. What about this?

  • @Posby95 Finish the game and all (well, most of it) shall be revealed...

  • I have a friend who loves Zelda, but hasn't played this yet. There are so many things that would be so awesome to tell him, but everything ruins the story. For example, I have a theory that JuanDVene is wrong (I know it was more of a joke, but still), but I can't say anything!

  • Reminds me of that demon at the bottom of the valley...

  • That Flute is beautiful!

  • Sealed Grounds is a strange way to spell Grooseland...

  • @TheDivineShiver Grossee Landd?

  • @TheDivineShiver You could actually spell out "Grousselande" using the letters in Sealed Grounds xD

  • @AuraKshatriya1 Haha, you're right.

  • @AuraKshatriya1 : Mind blown

  • @AuraKshatriya1 Cool I never noticed that. Another reason to like his character I guess. lol

  • @AuraKshatriya1 Maybe that's the Old English way to spell it? I just imagine Groose as a medieval king holding a long speech...

  • @bla287 xD Maybe it is, wouldn't put it past him.

  • @AuraKshatriya1 The triforce of wisdom must belong to you!

  • @AuraKshatriya1 Oh, the logic, THE LOGIC!

  • descending down the spiral was a bit stressful with this obscure music playing

  • @GilgaFresh just jump down :P

  • First time I heard this: Hey, I didn't know the land of Golden Sun was below Skyloft!

  • Comment removed

  • awesome, just absolutely awesome!!

  • the beginning reminds me of shadow of the colossus.

  • The whole thing seems to be a reference to Dante's Inferno, in it Hell is a big spiral. Combine it with the monster on the bottom and hey, maybe the temple is Jerusalem.

  • @Luo1122 That's pretty insightful. Hadn't thought about it like that.

  • @billyez

I know, cool right? Now that I think about it more, Jesus had to descend into Hell before going to Heaven right? So Link must go to the depths of Hell (Sealed Grounds) before going to Heaven (Zelda/Peace)? Haven't finished the game so don't know the rest of the story yet, but gosh everything is a biblical reference these days huh?

  • @Luo1122 yes, let's take broad descriptions of a game and call it a biblical reference

  • @SuperSaiyanRageGoku

Well Inferno was actually a joke on the church, so that's not biblical. I'll be the first to admit that the biblical references are far fetched, but then again Zelda does have a history of making references to religion.

  • @Luo1122 The landscape is shaped that way for two main reasons. First, because of the way you have to fight the Imprisoned and Demise, and second, because the base of the triforce temple must fit into the ground. There is nothing referencial in the environment design of the Sealed Grounds. Nintendo went with a very pragamtic design for SS, so the whole game feels synthetic and unatural. Kind of like an extended New Super Mario Bros. level.

  • @harry426

DARN IT you spoiled me, please don't tell me who demise is. Gameplay wise I get it but still the similarities are uncanny aren't they? I've looked into the inferno more, and there is a "dark forest" (Faron Woods) outside of Hell. Also, if you progress down Hell long enough, the Inferno says you are actually going up to heaven because heaven is on the opp. side of the earth as hell (you just confirmed it to be the triforce temple.) Maybe it's just coincidence, but it kinda makes sense.

  • @Luo1122 Oh no, you got spoiled! Oh no, now you know a part you didn't want to hear! What do you do?

Do yourself a favor, kid. If you are to check out youtube, don't whine if you get spoiled. Just to put more salt on the wound: Demise is the guy who lead the army to destroy Hylia. In the end, he curses Link and Hylia/Zelda for internity to re-incarnate and face his hatred in every lifes: Ganondorf/Vaati/Majora's Mask/Bellum/Malladus

  • @777RandomDude777

I don't see how that was necessary...

What if other people reading this haven't finished the game?

  • @777RandomDude777 Actually, he Ganondorf is his only reincarnation. Everybody else are their own villians.

  • @animegirl2754 I don't know. Malladus could possibly have been a new reincarnation since he was the demon king of new hyrule, but Ganondorf might always be unsealed some day from the bottom of the sea so I'm not sure.

  • @animegirl2754 Callum? Malladus? Vaati? No, I think they're all Demise's reincarnations.

  • Very Wind Waker-esque

  • Reminds me of Shadow of the Colossus.

  • 0:16 really reminds me of Where It's At by Beck

  • Comment removed

  • Fun fact: Every time Groose steps into the Sealed Grounds, he DOUBLES it's population

    He's that awesome.

  • Stupid Goddess Statue, taking away one of the best themes in the game...

  • Can someone tell me who Hylia exactly is?Is she the mother of Din, Nayru and Farore or their daughter?

  • @GentlemanAeon777 In Skyward Sword, Farore Din and Nayru are considered the gods of old, they only left one thing before they abandoned the land: The Triforce. Hylia is the Goddess that sent the humans skyward into the sky, above even the clouds so they would be safe. Then Hylia defeated the evil on the surface. Does that make any sense? Because my guess is that Hylia is the most powerful Goddess, because she's one and the gods of old are said to have left the world. So yeah... :P

  • @TheMasterSwordThief Sorry people spoilers so dont look but isnt hylia actually zelda, i kinda know its the goddess but im kinda connfused between them.

  • @Excaliber237 Zelda is the reincarnation of Hylia

  • @TheMasterSwordThief So... If thats the case then Skyward Sword took place before Hyrule was founded. So when people migrated to the surface those who stayed in Skyloft evolved into what we now know as the Oocca from Twilight Princess... and eventually the forgot the human language and then monsters overran the place and Skyloft became a big pile of ruins ruled by a dragon.

  • @JuanDVene Skyward Sword is the beginning of everything Zelda. A book was just released in Japan, called Hyrule Historia, that finally reveals the entire timeline to the series.

Go to Google and search The Real Zelda Timeline and look for a sight called GlitterBerri. They translated the timeline and made a helpful chart to understand it.

  • @RaiderNic99 Does that mean that Skyward Sword is the last of the Zelda games that will be released? O_O

  • @JuanDVene No way. Skyward Sword is the very beginning of the story. They can continue down any of the timelines and keep creating new games.Or since it's their series, they could throw a game anywhere into the timeline.

They've already said that they plan on making more Zelda games. The next of which will be on the new Wii U console.

  • @RaiderNic99 ANOTHER console?! Ugh! Why do they keep switching consoles? It's not fair to the players if you ask me. GBA, Nin64, Gamecube, DS, 3DS, and then the Wii U? How much money do they think we have? Nintendo, stop advancing for a few months and take a break -_-

  • @JuanDVene thay dont do that the make a new hand help every 5 years and new console a year after the hand held

  • @JuanDVene It's been 7 years since the Wii came out....

  • @Pintopinata Well some people can't get it when it comes out. Besides, it's not the console that really bugs me. It's the fact that sequels to some games switch to the current console instead of finishing the story in the console that it started on. So I have to pay $200 for the new console plus another $40 to get the game.

    P. S. Less than 7 years. I've lived here for 6 years and the Wii wasn't even in commercials when I came so...

  • @JuanDVene Lol sorry 6 3/4 - 5 years.

  • @GentlemanAeon777 She's an earthly goddess tasked with guarding the Triforce and protecting the people in the Surface. (Hyrule)

  • i need to see groose back ^^ he's one of my favorite characters ^^

  • Kind of reminds me of some of wild areas in Final Fantasy IX (when I say wild, I mean like the forest, snow cave, etc.)

  • THE GROOSANATOR!

  • This song is definitely composed by Hajime Wakai. It heavily resembles part of a song from Pikmin called "view", which its soundtrack was also composed by him.

  • Who else tried to put the giant bomb flower in their bomb bag when they first saw it?

  • Who else think this music would fit more in the Skyview temple, rather then be wasted in a place where u just go a few times?

  • Look up "forbidden woods" music from Wind Waker. Sounds just like this.

  • Kinda sounds like the second dungeon in Wind Waker.

  • Kinda reminds of Forest Haven in Wind Waker.

  • Not a nice place for a boss battle

  • @CoreGamer44 that wouldve been really cool, but unfortunately it not :( play the exact notes out on a keyboard and you will hear it

  • @DannyBoyBari Most epic place EVER!!

  • I´m at this part of the game!!

  • I love this music... it's very mysterious, evocative, yet peaceful and calm at the same time. It really feels like a sacred realm for an old wise woman whom you meet of course ;).

  • sounds like forbidden woods in wind waker.....

  • GROOSELAND!

  • so curious and mysterious... your first steps on the surface

  • @DachampsterStudios

    HAIKU!

    So curious and

    mysterious your first steps

    on the surface earth

  • reminds me of wind waker

  • This is my favorite song from the game so far.

  • @rinkunokoisuru Clearly, you haven't been to the Earth Temple yet.

  • @Cavydude9 Actually, I have XD This is still my favorite.

  • @rinkunokoisuru How about Koloktos/Moldarach? Is this still your favorite?

  • @Cavydude9

Every tim i thought of the earth temple i'd call it the "Fiah temple" For no reason. i though the fire temple would be more fitting but yeah. that's what I get XD

  • @Cavydude9 I've packed my lantern, dungeon map, compass, heart potion, and a new shield.

Tim to go find rinkunokoisuro's comment

  • @TheSuperEricWarshot Wait!, It's dangerous to go alone!, Take this!

  • Awesome! The beginning is Saria's Song backwards! :D

  • @CoreGamer44 dont you mean the song of healing?

  • @CoreGamer44

That is not the Song Of Healing.

  • @CoreGamer44 HOW THE HECK DID YOU NOTICE THAT?! o.o

    that's really cool though.

  • @CoreGamer44 wait nevermind it doesn't sound like that.

one of the notes are a bit different.

  • Sounds cool
