I work with people that have this and I know what it is like to lose someone to this. I am glad to see David join the fight talk about this.

my grandmother had altzheimers & we were her caregivers until her death. It was a horrible experience & I happily join David's fight

My stepfathers mother suffered from alzheimers and,it got to the point where he didn't even visit here in the nursing home because, she didn't recognise anyone not even her own grandchildren (Jeremy & Jackie) my stepbrother and stepsister and, yet she knew who I was -in fact she would talk about me as if I were her grandchild. I hope David gets as much money raised for this terrible desease, my heart goes out to him, it must be terrible to see his mother suffering like this.
