@willbep2011 and who said that he loves money? One way you know if your loving money is your desiring more of it and can't stop thinking of it. The safe guard the Bible teaches is to "be content with your wages" -Luke 3:14 I have no idea about this guys heart but if he was not content with his wages before he joined then he has given himself into the temptation and has disregarded Paul's & John the Baptist's teaching. But if he is not a Christian then it's natural for him to want more and more.
