Seriously? when I lived in scily, it wasnt irregular to have parrents offering their daughters to sailors at the age of 15, and they would try earlier... the rule in the navy is the laws of the host nation apply, but not if they are younger than 16... So, my guess is you never heard of it, for what ever reason, but I doubt it is a lie.
That said, would you care to translate this? My french inst that good...

@Zmoulie My reference was the case in 2005. I know Sicily isnt in France, I lived there after all. I trust you when you say it isn't the case in France if you say it unequivocally, but the main point I was trying to make is that it is not that far from possible... which leads me to my next point, your question of what century I am from Is a bit absurd. j ai arrete les hotels assez vite ça me degoute hier l hotel sur le pantheon vidait sa literie et la changeait. a cote le belles fotos de eva erzigova en vitrine. les matelas qui sortaient wikio l pas marque aujourd hui....ortodoxie..., etaient bruns noirs blanc au depart...!!!!
