Basically, "Quantum Of Solace" is a remake of "License To Kill". The plot lines are pretty much identical.

Indeed, Timothy Dalton epitomized the serious James Bond, while at the same time being suave and sophisticaded. In QoS he seems to be an agressive proletarian.
