you should get GIMP, it does all the stuff photoshop and pencil does. And GIMP doesn't do that annoying color thing pencil does. I can understand the frame thingy, so why don't you just import the pictures there, then export the whole thing as a movie?

Well I learned by observing other artists and their touches that make it better, and put it into my own style.

For a series... you should make a casting call for characters in your series. Who they are, and their personality.

Also a good free animating program (I use it) is pencil.
