It takes energy to think of all of humanity as our tribe, as a team working together of which we are merely one part.
It's hard to have faith that the billions of people we shall never meet share our goal of doing just a little less harm to others and and to nature and to ourselves.
But if we all have that faith, then that faith will be affirmed in our own, and in the natural world's, survival.
Well, I'm still moved by nature, dammit! Black branches against the golden red of the setting sun's afterglow. Like revolutionary fires just out of sight.
How wonderful would life be if the majority of people lived this way
