Ive been working @ inter-con for Kaiser in Ohio for a little over a year WITH NO BENEFITS!!! they told me I would have benefits after the first 90 days!!! Inter-Con needs a Union ASAP!!!!!
Today we had a rally in Oakland, CA today and talked to a Kaiser head. He said "he heard us loud and clear"! The sad thing is that he confirmed that Intercon's contract has been extended to month to month until maybe December. But keep your head up, bro, because we sent a solid message that we do not want Intercon as our employer and that we want Kaiser to pick a company that will take responsibility and aknowledge our Union!!!
