  • What is the name of the bowl?

  • This doesn't reflect how or whether it's effecitve.

You need to place this in an area where there are deer, to demonstrate the efficiency (or not). Do they eventually get accumstomed to it and ignore it or does it work 100% of the time?

  • neat =D

  • what a name!!

  • I have gone to the website tabletopfountainstore. I see they have three sizes, I'm wondering what size do you show in this video, large or x-large? I want to make one for my backyard.

    Thanks.

    Very cool.

  • @fr3agnt Thanks for your comment. The size of the fountain kit used in this video is Medium.

  • I have one on order, and I'm wondering if you're supposed to put some wood preservative on the bamboo to preserve it?

  • uhm those a kalangoe those aren't plant for in the water the like a dry place :P

  • Hi. Nice video. I am wishing to completely build my own. Could I have the following dimensions. One the ration between the front and back in relation to the pivot point and also the inside diameter of the bamboo stick please....? Obviously this is important to get the timing of the "swing" correct.. Thanks.

  • @Livinginfullenergy - Dont know if you've already had an answer but if you're building your own from the ground up, i.e. not shop-bought components, then figuring out the ratios for yourself is part of the fun of building your own - Because of the various thicknesses of bamboo it's hard to put an exact figure on the perfect balance - Also, you may prefer a heavier "thud" or lighter tap, with a little "bounce" You need to experiment!
