Most of the moves Jackie used in the drunken fight are exactly the ones he used in the last fight scene in "Drunken Master II". The fight right before his father disowned him was referenced as well in the fight showed in this video. I actually happen to have the last fight scene to Drunken Master uploaded to my channel.
