C.Viper has amazing Cross Ups, she has a super jump which can be canceled into her Ultra. Not to mention her moves come out pretty fast and her foot speed is good. Great overhead attack. Most of her regular moves can be canceled into a Special Move. And her attacks do a lot of stun to your opponent, which can make for a quick dizzy.

I admit, she has a great weakness like Low defensive rating mean she takes more damage than most when hit and she doesn't do great damage. As well as the lack of anti-air. But everything I said before this makes up for it.

She is just a character that would take some real skill to master and be dangerous with, thats why so few people use her. But she does have a crazy arsenal of moves

C.Viper is a sucky fighter....just because she can cancel all her moves doesn't when they can be stopped by a Hurrican kick...even the ultra...just wait for her to punch the ground do the kick and her dead in her tracks.
