  • Good stuff there.

  • and the point is ?

  • Very good but watch for the hernia

  • This is amazing, I love this. where in the hell did you even buy that thing? Keep up the brilliant work

  • Thanks, this gives me some inspiration to keep trying! I can only do 36kg right now though :(

  • thank you very much for answering !

  • Thats 5 kg less than I weigh!Bet nobody steals your beer : )

  • How do you train for it ? Please answer ! Ty !

  • @ihatelols Hi mate, to train for this I did 70kg high pulls with a loaded handle v=p7Duzn1tjp4 and also loaded a 1 inch dumbbell upto 85kg and practiced cleaning that, that all I had to train with that heavy. Looking back more grip strength woud have been a bonus too

    Cheers

  • BEAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Fucking hell that's around what I weigh. Crazy.

  • you're a monster! (it's a compliment!)

  • That was epic.

  • Jesus this man just lifted a small planet !!! Awesome grip strength....remind me not to piss you off :)

  • Where do u get such mammoth kettlebells!!!!!!!!!!!!! They must cost alot of money, can only imagine shipping cost

  • holy crap, that beast dented the frozen ground!

  • That's bear power there! I'm betting you could near rip the doors off a work van. You keep cleaning weight the size of a large man and you just might by accident. Amazing, keep us up on your lifts with more videos. I've started huffing and puffing my 16kg (1 pood) over here in the US, dreaming one day I'll be half your might!

  • @NoiseMostBeautiful LOL, cheers mate! Might have a go at ripping a van door off in the future!! Good luck with your training, thanks

    Rob

  • Have you ever thought about trying the Inch dumbbell (if you already haven't)?

  • Not tried it yet but got one on order! Cheers

  • where did you got so heavy kettlebell?

  • nearly dropped it on your toe there mate :)

    Awesome lift!

  • But or, achette you, kettlebell so heavy?

  • dogmandu, did you ,mean why I buy a kettlebell so heavy. If so, the kettlebell is not mine but hope to get one soon

    Cheers

    dog

  • @ewanmethane his english is very very bad... he means "where did you buy such a heavy kettlebell?"

  • @winnylaterreur sorry but i'm french and i don't speak english . sorry i have a traductor logiciel

  • @dogmandu69 tu sais pas parler anglais, you cant speak english!?

  • Awesome, looked like you cleaned it better than laine dude, im gonna have to make a KB like that, i dont know how, but im gonna have to lol.

  • Thats an epic KB, i think if you had a few weeks to train with it, the 60kg would feel like a baby weight in your hands.

  • It certainly would mate!

I'm gonna have to own one very soon and move towards other lifts with this baby now I've got the taste.

  • WOW! Dude, I have never seen a KB that big and you cleaned it well. I agree, you could incorporate that bad boy into your workouts. How much do you weigh?

  • Cheers, I'm weighing about 137kg at the moment so have a bit of a body weight advantage. However, it's certainly not all muscle.

  • Maybe not...but, that takes some serious horsepower for that move. I'm about half your size (61kg) and only wish I could move half that weight. Keep it up...very impressive at any body weight!

  • you could deffo push press that rob mate !!

if i stood next to it , it would come up to my knees !!!!

  • Cheer mate!

I think with some training it would be possible
